I went in to get a tattoo of my son's name behind my left ear and was quoted a $60 price. Dom who did my tattoo seemed very out of it that night as if something or someone was bothering her but I didn't pay too much mind to it. Upon getting tattooed I wanted to make small talk with her to make the time go by quicker but she said for me not to talk since she was tattooing close to my neck which made no sense to me cause I've never heard that before from any tattoo artist I've been to. So I didn't say anything and found it awkward and knew at that point I was not ever coming back. At the end of the process she told me if I needed to get a "touch up" or anything else to give her a call and she gave me her card. So 3 weeks went by and that's exactly what I did, I reached out to her and explained that I wanted to get a little darker shading and the lining more defined, after I said that she never replied back and haven't heard anything back since. At the end of that day I came out paying $100 instead of the $60 I was quoted, never again will I go there or recommend anyone to go there. I highly recommend Hold Fast Tattoos on Grenville Ave, HIGHLY educated tattoo artist who won't act high and mighty just cause their tattoo artist. I guess just cause they get exposure from Texas Latino Media and their being biased they want to act that way, from the owner to the employees. I'm from Oak Cliff and wanted to give a small business a chance to see what they produce, it was a mistake going there, and don't recommend it like stated before. Stay away and do your research..!!!!!!

The first tattoo I got done here was done by Eazy, which was great! He is the only reason that I even gave this place three stars. Came back to get another, but Eazy was no longer there. Got a second tattoo by Zero. it was pretty extensive and required more than one visit. After putting up with Zero's excessive smoke breaks and multiple side conversations (while charging by the hour), he wouldn't return any texts or phone calls and pretty much left me hanging for the follow up appointment. I don't feel like I should have to chase anyone that I am paying. He's THE most unprofessional artist I've worked with and would not recommend him to anyone. Great tattoo shop, but definitely don't have your tattoo done by Zero. You'll regret it.

The wife surprised me tonight with a tattoo to celebrate our 4 years married!! This shop will do walk-ins but to ensure you get the right artist for you, research and make an appointment. The shop is very nice and open. Tonight we were greeted by an employee and of course our artist that the wife scheduled with tonight. They do have you fill out paperwork, so have your driver's license on you. I also suggest to have your idea ready for what you want! Don't forget this is permanent so make smart choices! By the way... Krystal is amazing!!! She has done now 4 of my tattoos!! Happy Yelping!!

A few months ago not today. My son and I went there wanting to get tattoos as a walk in customers we didn't mind waiting but real talk they need to improve their customer service like being friendly n cool towards peoples maybe it's race thing who's knows. I get that it's a tattoo place and some people aren't nice and then they be looking at you some type of way like you wanna do something or mean mugging you. Bad atmosphere. So we walk out n went somewhere else.

I had been contemplating getting my first tattoo for quite a while now and I couldn't have picked a better artist. Sincere thanks to Eazy for my amazing tattoo! The results surpassed all of my expectations and I couldn't be any happier! I was very nervous because I do not have a very high threshold for pain... surprisingly I made it through hours of being tattooed and can honestly say, Eazy you rock! You made me feel so comfortable and I absolutely love your work. The detail of my tattoo is sick...I LOVE IT!! I am back in Florida now and have already gotten so many compliments. I will definitely be coming back to see you next time I am in in Texas. Thank you and everyone at Ink House for your professionalism and for making me feel right at home.

I went their for the first time and a guy named Jay did my tattoo. He was so funny, chill, and sweet. He used new, CLEAN needles out the pack. Took about a hour and a half to do a lotus flower henna tatt in between my brest. He did some red shading along with the black outline of the tattoo. He charged $80 which was more than fair for the size and detail with color. Will definitely go back! He's super talented so if you can, ask for jay! This is the shop that did the large Cowboys tattoo you may have seen on the local news. My artist was Patty Garcia and she started working on my Outer Space themed sleeve.

I went in to get a tattoo of my son's name behind my left ear and was quoted a $60 price. Dom who did my tattoo seemed very out of it that night as if something or someone was bothering her but I didn't pay too much mind to it. The shop is very nice and open. Tonight we were greeted by an employee and of course our artist that the wife scheduled with tonight.
