My husband and I had been talking for a while about getting new tattoos, and so we dropped by on Friday night. We hadn't decided to actually go until we were literally on the way. Camille and Bobbie took care of us! Camille did my 9th tattoo and it is fantastic. Clean lines, solid shading. She listened to what I wanted and I love it. Going back in a few weeks once it's healed to add some more color. Bobbie did an awesome cover up/fix of a compass tattoo my husband had gotten a few years ago. She drew up a design that helped give it more definition and look less crooked, and the finished product is amazing. It looks so much better. The shop was clean, staff was great. I had been here before a couple of years ago for a new tattoo. I was very pleased with the ink, the cleanliness, and professionalism. When I decided to get my nipples pierced I decided to go back. The shop was very clean. I'm very pleased with the results. My piercer, Unfortunately I can't remember his name, was very professional. As a nurse I was very pleased when he showed me the sterilized packages and properly used a sterile field. He explained the procedure and did the piercings so fast I hardly felt it! This Tattoo Shop has been the best thing that has ever happened to me no exaggeration it's very clean you instantly get a good feeling as soon as you walk inside.. About 2 months ago I got my first tattoo that was a small spaceship now i basically have my whole leg covered. All the artist here are extremely talented they all are unique and very creative.. My friends and I popped in for a series of piercings, an eyebrow, a tragus and a forward helix, process and paperwork were straight forward, no big deal, shop seemed clean and efficient.  My concerns are raised as we were not offered any aftercare instructions or product.... we've all had piercings so not a terrible misstep however... disconcerting. The real red flag was when we were informed that we weren't allowed to film the piercings as we would be ejected from the establishment should the owner catch us.. not sure if the piercer was joking, but he was rather dry leading me to believe he wasn't. we felt terribly unwelcome afterward and I don't know that we would come back after such an experience.  The piercings were well done though so kudos there I guess. I went for the first time to get my tattoo and piercing and I was scared. But once I walked into the shop I was smiling. Love the decor, all the artists were professional and helpful. My tattoo looked excellent and the piercing looked sexy at a reasonable price. Very clean environment and all instruments are sterilized without any possible infections. I got my conch pierced at this location forever ago and it’s still one of my favorite piercings. I had a frowny piercing that was done by a different shop and everything was fine I thought until recently it swelled up and almost covered the jewelry I thought I was going to have to go to the doctor and get it removed. I went to this location and for free of charge (they wouldn’t even let me tip!) they were determined to remove this jewelry for me and with teamwork they got it out while avoiding putting me in pain and I feel so much better now. 2nd time I've come here for a tattoo..  Staff is friendly and professional. Studio is clean and tattoo artist Dave did a fantastic job.  I'm very happy with my tattoo.  The new aftercare process makes getting  tattoos even better.  Came in Friday and Monday took off wrap and tattoo looks completely healed with none of the washing and lotion and sleeping on it worries for the first 3 days.  I will definitely be back for more tattoos in the future. Had no problem finding this place! There's a lengthy amount of parking in front of the store. I made sure to go a little bit passed the opening time because I know their $10 Thursday's are pretty popular. Walked right in, and was immediately greeted by AJ and got me to do a little bit a paper work/intro to what type of piercing I wanted. I went in for one cartilage. Super quick, super easy. AJ was very nice and made sure I was comfortable with the placement for the cartilage piercing. It didn't hurt at all coming from a person that doesn't like pain! After the cartilage, I decided to get another one just because it was such a great deal & AJ agreed on spot with no problem. Max time I spent here was about 10-12 mins. So I initially went in a couple of days ago but the employee said A.J. (The piercer) was on vacation until Thursday so he recommended I come back then since it would also be cheaper (they have a $10 piercing promotional every Thursday)Skip forward to today and I go to the shop. I decided to go a little earlier just in case it got busy so that I could be one of the first people. They open at 2:00 and I walked in at about 1:55. Kid you not, after about 10 minutes there were at least 12 people there so I recommend getting there right when they open. They require ID which they scan and make you fill out a form (super short, I literally had to sign my name, put my address and phone # and it was done).Fast forward to after I'm done filling out my paperwork, I have to wait a few minutes because A.J. was late. Slightly unprofessional so I was a bit miffed. When a business says they open at a certain time, they should be ready to serve the customers at that time, not be late and scramble to get things in order.So he calls my name and I go in the room, close the door and we get down to business (piercing. Not the other kind). Despite his tardiness, A.J. was really great, answered any and all questions I had about the jewelry they used and so forth. When it came time to actually do the piercing I freaked out a bit but he reassured me and let me know exactly what he was doing so that nothing was a surprise to me. The only thing I had a problem with was that another employee asked him a question as he was getting ready to pierce me which I thought was highly unprofessional... they should have waited until after he was done. Also, I had to ask for an aftercare sheet; he explained what I should do to clean my piercings but honestly I was so out of it from the adrenaline that I know I wasn't going to remember it. But other than that, it was decently okay. I got 2 piercings for $20. It was clean, the equipment was sterile. Fairly cut and dry. Overall not a terrible experience but there are some things that could be improved on. That being said, I would probably go back again for a piercing if I ever want another one.Additional info: parking is very limited. And when you pull into the parking lot, use the side entrance. The front will cause your car to scrape unless your car sits a little higher. Read Less

I've had two piercings and a tattoo done here. The tat needed a bit of touch up which didn't show until after it healed. Went here for my dad's first tattoo. Heard of it via Facebook, mainly due to the $10 Thursday piercings. I didn't get anything pierced, but we did go on a Thursday so it was pretty busy for that. David did his piece and it turned out exactly like the image that we brought in, which is precisely what my dad wanted. Other shops quoted like 2x as much for the same piece, but the work done here was excellent and I'm glad we came. Line work is pretty much perfect on it. He has no complaints and neither do I. My artist (who's name I sadly didn't catch, but he had killer facial hair) told me to come back if I needed to get the white touched up and he would handle it no problem. This is the perfectly great place to go to..they have the utmost respect for all their customers. I'm some the big side and they have never given me any type of nasty or dirty look when I tell them what I want a certain type of body piercing. I even return sometimes every other month for them to redu the same ones I just had them do. I have also been tattooed there before and when people know of the lovely women who does the most wonderful tattoos knows who've I been to by my tattoo because it's Miss Piggy..lol..for that very reason she is booked months in advance cause she is that good. Not to leave anyone out but the people they have there to do piercings also a very good job as well sorry not good but excellent job. I will probably be there this coming up Thursday to get more piercings.Hope this helps anyone who may want to come in. I've gotten 3 of my piercings here. 2 of them I got somewhere else first and came back here to get them fixed. They're the only place I've found that does it right and gets them in the right place. They're pretty cheap too, especially on Thursdays. I've never gotten a tattoo here though since I have my own artist located in dallas, so I can't speak to that. But I can say I've never been disappointed by my piercings here. Read Less
