Paula was amazing!! She is very knowledgeable. I took my daughter in for a daith piercing after she was diagnosed with migraines. Paula explained everything to us, gave my daughter the piercing, and my daughter told me in the parking lot that her headache was gone! She felt just a small throb, but that it is barely noticeable. I came in 2014 to this shop to get a belly piercing and I had no problem with them. They had done a decent job. A few months later, I go back to get my septum and the piercer did it freehand. When she had me look in the mirror, she turned the barbell so it ooked like the jewelry was crooked, not the actual piercing. When I drive home, I closely inspected the piercing and saw that it was completely asymetrical. I immedietly called the shop and drove back. When I got there, the only one there was the manager (he had light blond hair and large gauges) and he asked me if i "had a problem". He was trying to intimidate me to go away. I explained to him my problem and he told me that the piercer had not used a clamp and that's why it came out crooked. He told me to take out the piercing, let it heal for a month, and then come back to them. I told him that I just wanted a refund but he refused. He just wrote his name on a card and told me he'd redo it when I came back. Of course, I never did go back to them. I got it repierced at Randy Adam's and they did great. Please stay away from this shop. The guy thought he could scare me away because I was female. They may admit they do bad work, but they won't refund you. Please stay away. Read Less

This place gives the cleanest tattoos that I have ever had. My wife and I both went her to get tattoos, and everything was very clean and professional. The artist Katt was extremely good at what she did. She traced up exactly what we wanted, and both our tattoos turned out amazing!
