Had a really good experience at Timeless Ink! They were very responsive when I expressed my interest in getting a tattoo here. Required a $60 deposit in order to secure my appointment but was able to get one within the week. I went with Philly as my artist because I read that he's good at line work and script. I told him my quote and my vision for the font, and he was very accommodating. He went to the back multiple times to edit the size per my request without complaining. He was very patient and listened to me. The price was also affordable and what I assume is cheaper than other highly rated places in town. I would recommend Philly and Timeless Ink. I got this tattoo done by Philly and the entire experience was great. He worked very well with me when we were designing the tattoo and made sure it was what I envisioned. So I got my nipples pierced last Wednesday and I'm happy with how they turned out. The only thing that was kind of off putting for me was that there isn't a more private room/section when getting it done. The way it's set up is a row of small sections with short walls separating each work station. Arturo is awesome!! I got my tattoo done yesterday and had the most amazing experience. The shop is extremely clean and very friendly! I went by myself (my appointment was at 1pm and no one could come with me), and I felt very comfortable being there by myself. Arturo was very open about my vision for my back. He gave lots of advice including what colors would show up the best on my very tan skin. The tattoos have turned out beautiful. I got a total of 4 done. I was there until after midnight (he stayed late for me), and again I felt safe being there.  Im a big customer service person, and it started with the phone call (she was so friendly). I got my first small tattoo here. It turned out great. Even though I had an appointment, I had to wait any hour. I suggest you come in earlier. I had a bad experience here. I came in for a touch up almost 2 months after I got my tattoo. My tattoo was done by Arturo. I wanted a minor correction done. I came in, I asked him if he could fix one of the letters on my tattoo and he had the audacity to show everyone in the shop my tattoo. He basically made it seem like I was being dramatic and that made me feel super uncomfortable! He got so mad that he had someone else touch up my tattoo! Sounds like someone can't take constructive criticism. So I just left Timeless and I already need to think of more stuff to get tattooed!! I came in as a walk in and was helped by Art. He was super nice and it only took a few minutes to draw up what I was looking for. He got the placement perfect on my forearm and made me feel super comfortable. We started talking and I barely felt any pain from the tattoo. There was another artist there as well (Dom) and he was super sweet. We were all talking and laughing by the end of it. I came here to get a nose piercing. I've had my belly pierced before along with a few other piercings, and this one hurt the most, which surprised me because most people said nose piercings didn't hurt much. The workers were very nice and it's been about a week since getting it pierced and it's been healing fine so far. My only complaint is that the piercer placed a cork screw in my nose rather than a hollow tube, which hurt when the needle went through my skin. He had to mess around with it quite a bit when putting the jewelry in which hurt a lot and it basically felt like he was picking my nose, and then he had to pierce it AGAIN. I don't know if this is because I have small nostrils but I'm sure I'm not the only person. It was painful and didn't really go that smoothly. As soon as I entered the door, there were 2 gentleman at the front, both rude and unbothered by the fact that I wanted to give them business. I came in and basically told Tony what I wanted & we set up an appointment for 2 weeks later.2 weeks later, I walk in & am greeted by people, sat down & was offered a drink. Tony comes in and we get started on how big I want the piece to be. Right before starting, I'm offered a drink again. To be clear, before my visit to Timeless  Ink, I was a tattoo virgin. Now, I am proud to say that my precious skin has been marked by the amazing tattoo artist, Juan. I walked in the day before my appointment with an exact idea of how I wanted my medical alert tattoo to look. Juan explained that he had other people scheduled to walk in that day, but if I texted the pictures to him, he would get a sketch drawn up so that we could get started as soon as I walked in the next day. Little did I know that he scheduled my appointment on his day off! Regardless, Juan was completely professional and charismatic, and did a phenomenal job of making sure I was calm before he started the gun, and that my mother's nerves were eased along the way. During the process, he periodically checked that I was doing okay, and even cracked jokes with my family during the wait. (My brother even scheduled an appointment with him following my tattoo journey)I don't know what I expected, but the whole experience was hella fast, minimally painful, very chill, and there was no blood in sight (which prevents me from granting Juan the title of unofficial blood brother but whatever).
