I had a cartilage piercing that got tugged on my hair and ripped partially through my ear. I decided that I wanted to go to a good shop to get it taken care of and get new jewelry put in to prevent that from happening again. Walt was the piercer and he was great. My normal artist was out sick, so I decided to check out this place, recommended by one of my regular clients from my job. And I must say I'm very pleased. Josue did my ink and he did fantastic. Returned for two more tattoos on 3/26/18, I don't recall the artist's name, but he did my small tattoos on my right hand. He did fantastic on the smiley face, but was disappointed with the cross. It looked nothing like how I wanted it. But hey, it can be fixed right? I'll have to wait till it's completely healed and have my first artist fix it. Another complaint I had was he didn't shave the area and asked me if I wanted the area wrapped, isn't that what all artists are supposed to do? You don't just ask, it has to be wrapped. I have 14 tattoos and I know how it's supposed to be done. I hoped I get someone with experience. Not so. I also didn't enjoy listening to the guys, cursing too much and to be honest, it made me feel a little uncomfortable. I kept quiet the whole time, because I didn't wanna be rude. My mistake. My 7 year old decided she was finally ready to get her ears pierced, so after reading the reviews, we decided to have them done at Sintown. I called and spoke to Sir Walt beforehand, and he answered all of the questions I had. When we arrived, he met us in the lobby, showed my daughter all of the earring options they had, explained the healing process to her, and calmed her nerves a bit. After randomly attempting to turn my nose ring (nervous habit), I noticed my nose ring had turned and the gap in between my ring was inside of my nostril and would not budge. The day after my birthday (April 14th) I went to sin town to get my nose pierced it was on a Saturday afternoon and when I arrived my mom and I were greeted I was given my contract and asked for identification. Mag was awesome! After looking up options to get my baby's ears pierced, I took my 4month old to get her ears pierced and he was very patient and kind! Most importantly everything was sanitized. And the whole shop smelled fresh and clean, I know it's a tattoo parlor, but for a mom this was a refreshing smell! Anyway, Mag answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease about getting my baby's ears pierced! It's been 2 weeks and her ears are healing up beautifully, no redness, swelling, or anything! Was looking for a place to get my nose pierced again,  and my search lead me here.. After reading the great reviews on yelp and google about Sintown Tattoo, I decided to stop in after work for my piercing. I have to say, to me most tattoo shops can be a bit intimidating, but Sintown wasn't at all, the atmosphere was so welcoming, calm,  and friendly. I was greeted by Diamond Hawkins, I told him what I wanted, he quoted me a price,  and we were off to the piercing room (yep, just that fast ). While in the room,  he explained everything in full detail,  he was impressively extra clean (I work in healthcare, so I pay close attention Lol) , very friendly and so down to earth, and most importantly he was very gentle. Always a great environment here. The staff is super friendly. I've put a lot of money in Gabe's pocket lol. Every penny I've spent here has been well worth it though.
