Adolfo is so funny and makes the experience as relaxed and as quick as possible, but he does great work. Went to get my rook replaced because the earring fell out and Megan was very helpful in helping me pick the right earring for me. I also had her look at my daith that had really been bothering me and she went ahead and replaced that too to help the swelling and tenderness go down, the earring was way to big for my ear so she replaced it with a smaller hook type earring. Think I was over chaged for a simple butterfly tat but was willing to pay it since it was a last minute thing the family decided to do. Happy with the tattoo though. Son''s tat needs a lot of fixing even correction on the spelling of a word and the guy has been fired since (my son did call him the same day to make him aware and was told to come back when it's healed) so now he has to pay again to have it fixed. My husband also gave the same guy that was fired a deposit for him to draw up his tat and now he's out that money. Another guy said he would draw it up for him and send him a pic for approval. Almost 2 weeks later and still nothing. We decided we would have to call it a lose so he went elsewhere to get his. Wouldn't recommend this place. Read Less

Called to ask if they took walk ins for a small tattoo and they said yes to come on over. So I drove all the way over there for them to tell me they were closing soon when they had literally an hour left and it was only the two guys working so they didn't have any other customers, and this tattoo I know for a fact didn't take an hour because I went to Platinum Tattoo and it took them 5-10 min! Oh yeah and they were just chillin on the couch with their phones the whole time when they could have been Prepping for my tattoo and niether of them wanted to do it. It just sucked for me cause I really wanted to get it done but they just gave me bad customer service. Read Less

The artists here are mediocre and don't seem to do any research on their craft. Just from browsing the art gallery I can tell I would not like a tattoo from here, but I'll leave that be because I came here for piercing advice. I had gotten one at a place out of state and wanted advice on how to get rid of a bump. My piercing had been resized due to swelling and was too loose and I knew this. Rather than fitting me with a tighter screwtop bar I was given the most half-assed nostril nail I've ever seen. It was sticking out from inside my nostril and the artist didn't even seem to notice. It was such a poor fit that it moved around constantly and weeks later, despite constant care, the bump is still here and I'm probably going to have to let it close and get it re-pierced.
