Received a Gentleman's facial from Lyla she was very knowledgeable about her profession and gentle with me as i am not a very "handsy" person. The overall experience was amazing along with the clean atmosphere and her welcoming face when you enter the establishment. Lyla was extremely helpful about walking myself through the process of the facial, and that made me extremely comfortable. If i could rate higher than 5 stars i would!

This company is one of the most unprofessional that I have dealt with ever. Worst customer service I have seen in a long time shockingly coming from Rachelle. I had been a loyal customer for almost a year and they made a mistake and decided to keep my deposit. No consideration, no regard for my future patronage. They lost a customer today and I plan on letting all of my friends know.

Rachelle has changed my life. I found her online and wasn't sure what I exactly wanted treatment wise for my dark spots and scars on my face. She gave me the pro and cons of every option and was very patient with me. Needless to say my scars are almost gone and no more dark spots and she even worked with me on the price being a single mom/student. She helped me feel beautiful again and taught me how to do my makeup flawless.even after moving to Florida she's offer to mail me the image and glo products I love the most. If anyone is struggling with bad skin or scaring and or dark spots /acne this the place /woman to use hands down if I could give 10 stars I would!

I can honestly say I have never met anyone that truly cares about her patients & their results, like she does. You will not find ANYONE who knows more about your skin. She continuously educates herself on the latest and greatest aesthetic breakthroughs. She. Is. Amazing! I adore her!! You are absolutely wasting your money if you are allowing someone else to treat you!

My first facial was so enjoyable. As a woman new to skin care. I was unaware of what I needed and what to ask for. The owner was very detailed about things I never thought to consider. It was nice to have a real professional so caring and patient to help me along my journey. She has a client for life. I've also had a spray tan at a later visit. Again Rachelle was very accommodating and made me feel very comfortable. If your looking for an upscale, warm, relaxing environment. Choose image skin studio.
