I had read reviews prior to making an ear piercing appointment to this parlor. all were positive and the price point was very reasonable. the worker was very kinda and helpful.  i followed the exact instructions on how to care for my new piercing. however, less than two months after, the piercing had created a line even though there were only studs in. my ears were carefully cleaned every night, as were the earrings. however, almost 2 months in, there was a HOLE in my right ear and one starting to form in my left. do NOT recommend this place as evil things come after going here. In response to Dezzy e. Henry L. And Tanner T. Henry L came in screaming in Jesse face and becoming violent and disorderly over a piercing that had an issue. I Nicolas did it and made contact with the lady before he came in screaming like a toddler. the situation was handled. the recipt that was conveniently lost in fact it wasn't and was given to her via text. 1 out of 25 piercings may not be perfect because I'm only human but again the situation was handle offering free service of choice because we do not offer refunds which she reply worked for her. After getting violent and being asked to leave he insisted on staying when I arrived I explained the situation but he continued on his path. I'm not mad at you dude your girl friend apologised to me on how you acted and informed me on how you always act like that with people that poor girl I feel bad that you represent her in anyway. Police asked you to not come back . I'm asking you to no longer contact our customers over a situation that you let get out of hand because of personal issues you may have. Thank you - Nick This Guy tanner came in drunk n beligerant when we asked him to leave 3 times he refused to go after a verbal altercation occurred outside of the shop he decided to get out of the car aggressively ripping off the door handle of his friends car. We contacted police and they served them a no trespassing. You wanted a 3x3 outline with other images inside of the Texas.... Not just an outline....Your friends even asked you to leave. Your ex came in the next day and informed us on how you act like that in fact any one who has been in here who asks us about the situation has never given any positive feedback about you. I've been here multiple times since moving to Georgetown- once to get a tattoo (by bugs), and again recently to get a piercing (by Nick). Both times were absolutely phenomenal. Both artists were incredibly kind in answering my questions, and setting me at ease (since, despite my multiple body modifications, I am still unfortunately afraid of needles). They did their best (and succeded) in making sure my experience was as stress free as possible and that I understood both what my modifications entailed and what they would be like, as well as how to take care of them afterwards. I constantly recommend T's to people. Although I have not worked with the other artists (yet, hopefully), but while I was there they were nothing but kind, informative, and professional. Nick was great! He is knowledgeable and extremely professional. My niece and I both had our nose pierced, I'm experienced and knew what to expect, however, this was her first piercing and she was naturally nervous. Nick was very good with her, straight forward and down to earth, he explained everything that he was doing as he went and helped her to relax. She loves her piercing and her first experience was great. I love my piercing as well and will be going back to have Nick start working on my gauges. Tee Barksdale is a horrible business owner and I WOULD NOT recommend her to ANYONE....we agreed to barter work...my woodwork for her tattoo work...I made her some woodwork for herself and a friend of her's that passed away...said would woodwork for her friend was given to her friend's brother..which i was there for and totally cool with ..but Tee Barksdale has since denied me the tattoo work and has asked me what my budget was...even when i went to her shop with my son...told her my ideas...and she said give her a few days..no budget was EVER discussed..she knows what the agreement was...so DO NOT EVER go to her shop.... I had an amazing experience here! The staff is super friendly, very clean! I had an extremely painful area done, and over an old tattoo (my spine). Iv only had few people pierce me due to worry something might do wrong, but nick hooked me up with my second industrial. He was very careful to make sure the angle of the piercing would heal comfy to my shapped ear (since everyone is different). He dotted the area and made sure i was ok with it before he pierced it. Nick is an excellent piercer! I came up from Corpus Christi during spring break to visit family and I decided to get my cartilage pierced at that time. I was so impressed, I decided that I would go no where else for any other piercings. Today, I got my belly button pierced, and Nick was just as excellent this time too. Fantastic shop!  First of all, T and her son are the tattoo artists, and both have had training and certifications in blood-born pathogens and maintaining sterile environments -- this is a rarity in Texas.  T worked with me to design the my tattoo and her art is amazing. What is even more incredible is that the actual tattoo came out even better than the concept drawing she did. I stopped in one day and showed a photo to the owner and we made an appointment for a tattoo. I was asked to put down $40 for her to draw the design and I asked to have the design sent to me prior to the appointment. It was a day before the appointment and I texted asking about the design. I didn't get a response but had to send a text later that day saying that I needed to reschedule. I got a text back and she said she would work on the design and send it to me. She never did. Over the course of a few weeks I sent another two texts with the last one asking if she'd just like to refund the $40. No response. So the owner still has my $40 but her competition across the street now has $300 from me for a tattoo I love. Read Less

My daughter and I got a wild hair, and decided to get our ear cartilage pierced. They took us right away, and both of us got really good service. The artist was professional and quick. It's been a few months, and I'm really happy with my piercing, and so is my daughter.  We are set to go back this week. My daughter for her nose, and me for another ear piercing. All in all I can't see where they'd have room to improve. They had a good selection of jewelry, and when my daughter wanted to change from the hoop to a stud, they said c'mon in and did it for free. From what I have found out ppl and or immature owners of needlewerx are posting fake reviews and pictures on yelp to try and boost there business. Keep in mind that that same shop PPL have ben strong arm robed  and got bad infections talking about needlewerx. Read Less

For the record I didn't not get a tattoo here so I can't tell you if their artist have skills or not, but I did get my nose repierced here. They were awesome! Fast, professional, polite, and clean! The place looks very well organized and the staff was very nice.I had to wait about 45 mins for the piercer to return so they offered to give me a discount if I returned by then which I though was pretty cool given that their prices are already resonable.
