WOW, me and my girls came in to get some tatts and piercings. All together it was 5 of us. We knew we wanted Tatts but weren't sure what we wanted. They were so amazingly patient and went one on one with each of us to help us in the whole process, asked questions, gave us advice and we ALL hands down ended up with some amazing tattoos. I will not be getting any piercings here or recommending them to anybody after the disrespect shown toward my little cousin trying to get a nose piercing . I never known anybody to go through so much trouble making somebody feel uncomfortable just because of age. She was accompanied by her parent who’s okay with her getting the services done and the artist that was servicing my cousin was complaining about having to do her piercing the whole time. He was also impatient and had a very abusive manner towards somebody who’s already nervous about the situation period. Plus they have a 5$ fee if you want to use your card. This is the worst place ever. The place was dirty and the people were rude and jacking up the prices. The guy actually told my 14 year old daughter to hurry up he has things to do. She was nervous about her first piercing and did not make her feel comfortable. She was so sad she cried in the car. I should have told him I would bring my husband back up here and he can talk to him that way but he was not even worth confrontation. He ruined her whole experience. If he didn't want to pierce her he could have said so. But yet he ridiculed her. Way to go Mr Tattoo guy ! I hope you have a good time doing whatever it was that rushed us out your crappy shop. The lady with the black hair was so nice and welcoming when we came in. I forgot he guys name that pierced my nose but he was also very welcoming and very informative about after care and really funny. I wish I would have gotten the ladies name because I just loved everything about her. The shop was very clean and definitely will be returning. Read Less

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The piercer was very rude to me and my mom! I wanted my nose pierced and I wanted him to mark where he was piercing it first and it started an argument! He was very rude by telling my mom he was "doing her a favor" for even doing my piercing! Do yourself a favor and don't come to the cheap trashy place! I ended up not even getting my nose done here and went to a more expensive place but got what I wanted and got AMAZING costumer service! Read Less

I came here for a triple helix piercing. The customer service was great. Very courteous and explained everything. However the piercing sucks. The middle piercings spacing is way off and it is pierced at an angle instead of straight through and it actually hits the other piercing at the bottom!!! It looks absolutely horrible.I couldn't tell how f'd up it was at the time it was pierced because it immediately swelled and the blood masked everything. No wonder they are the cheapest. I paid $45 less than all the other shops in Garland but I wish I had sucked it up and paid the extra for a great piercing. Read Less

Great tattoo artist, got my second tattoo here and had it done just the way I wanted with a reasonable price. The parlor was extremely clean, nice and genuine people that made everything really comfortable. Best tattoo experience I've ever had, going back again.Read Less
