Chuck was booked throughout the week and we were only visiting Galveston for our honeymoon and wanted to get a couples tat.
Chuck told us to call/text Kevin to see if he had any available openings the next day and he did ..asked what we wanted how big and where. Not rude at All! Let us see the sketches he had come up with and ran his ideas by us and vice versa and made sure we liked it and if we wanted to change or adjust anything.
The customer service from these guys is awesome.
The shop is kept clean too! A lot of construction going on on the streets surrounding it but it's temporary.
My husband and I were very pleased!

I don't make a habit of going to just any Tattoo Shop. I've been getting tattoos for 25 years and have always used the same great tattoo shop in the state I live. I was visiting Galveston for vacation with a girlfriend of mine. I visited a few shops on the island and none were as nice as this one! Their decor is pretty cool too! The service and advice provided was just what I wanted to receive from an artist. His work was even better than imagined. I'm super happy we decided to get our matching tats here. Thanks! We're more than pleased!!

The gentlemen at the front desk was incredibly rude and acted like our presence was an inconvenience. You’d think when 4 sober people walk in and want to give you their business two hours before closing, they would want to accommodate. He quoted us an outrageous price for a very small, simple image and was not willing to negotiate. Thankfully we were able to go somewhere else in town and get our tattoos with a friendly staff for half the price....and it looks great!

The guy helping us was a dick.
Now I may not know certain tattoo shop protocols but there is no reason to be rude.
I get it. You were beat up as a kid for being a weird phuq and you just have to out your rage.
And now you lost nine customers.
I’m sure you’ll flip this back to me. But I only reacted to your rude behavior.
That’s beautiful thing about America, there’s always another shop down the road.

Went to this shop for my 1st tattoo and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. CHANO is the man. He has many years of experience and awards under his belt so he definitely knows his stuff. I really like the fact that he took the time to sit and talk with me about what would work and what would actually last. Many tattoo artist will just slap on whatever u want to put on u, but Chano wants his work to be quality that will last for a long period of time. I really appreciated that. My tattoo came out amazing and will definitely will go back for my future tattoos. I highly Recommend this shop. Stop in and talk to Chano. I give this shop a “A+++”

If you are looking to get a great quality tattoo then The Tattoo Shop is the place to go. Chano is a great artist and good on prices. The staff in the shop is real friendly and welcoming. He is open to your ideas on tattoos and will suggest some changes to it if necessary so the tattoo turns out great. I will continue to go to The Tattoo Shop to work on the rest of my sleeve.

I had visited this shop in the summer and had work done by Chuck. He did a great job, the coloring and detail were perfect. I recently went and I was able to experience Kevin's work. He did a great job as well. He was able to help me add detail to my ideas. He also touched up a previous tattoo I had gotten done at another shop. He was able to blend the colors and shading very well. I would highly recommend this shop! Great job by both artists Chuck and Kevin. The vibe in the shop is awesome, they are all willing to help and add advice without pressuring you. I will be visiting the shop soon again.

Amazing customer service, clean and sanitary, easy to find, and reasonably priced. All three of the employees there were knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and helpful. If you can't find the tat you want in the thousands of samples, they are creative enough to customize. Don't go anywhere else in Galveston for your tattoos or piercings!

Chuck Jones is hands down my favorite tattoo artist. I live a few hours away and come see him whenever I can. I've gotten two pieces done by him so far, and I can't wait for more. He is professional and passionate about his work. Shop is always clean and sanitized well. His use of color and shading is amazing! You can't go wrong with Chuck and Chano is hysterical, it's always a good time at the shop.

ChuckJones did a half sleeve for me. I gave him a sketch that I had drawn out myself and explained the meaning behind the tattoo. Over the next week, he kept in constant contact with me over what he was creating. He sent me rough drafts of what he had going. Always asking my opinion. When we met for the tattoo, he was completely professional. He always checked in with me for breaks or to see my level of pain. He goes above and beyond to serve his clients. I refer all of my friends to him, and I definitely will be back for more! He is very friendly and highly creative.
