I adore their work here. I recently got an industrial bar piercing here by Jim and he was the most professional piercer I've ever had. He answered all of my questions and then some. His workplace was incredibly clean and the piercing was well worth the price. He tells you to text him or stop by with any questions which I appreciate because I always have questions. Jim pierced my Helix on Saturday 4/1/17, I was scared to death, I am a 74 year old woman and wanted to try something different. Jim is a true professional, he really knows what he is doing. I was scared for no reason, it happened in a second, I had a very good experience, he also pierced by daughters Daith over 7 weeks ago and she went from a chronic migraine every day to none in 7 weeks. What a great experience at Tattoo Shop! I have several things I look at before deciding where to let someone put something as appearance-altering as a tattoo on me. Here is the breakdown:1. Cleanliness - Tattoo shop is SUPER clean. They use all-new, pre-packaged/sterile needle heads on all of their machines. The tattoo guns themselves are autoclaved. Everything from the floors to the bathroom and every tattoo station is meticulously kept. Any time something that wasn't sterilized was touched during the tattooing, the gloves were changed. I work in the health care industry, and I'm pleased to say that these guys keep up with my clinic's level of cleanliness.2. Staff - I worked with Larry. He is a blast. Really down-to-earth and great sense of humor. He and I collaborated on my tattoo design. He was great to work with and really puts the customer's experience as his highest priority - he wants you to be totally happy with the tattoo you get. You can tell that he is very detail-oriented and wants to do the job right the first time. The rest of the guys who work there all seem very personable and easy to work with as well.3. Previous results - these guys have done some amazing things with ink and skin. I was focused on tattoos, and the flash in each of the artists' books was great. I also saw several reviews on Facebook and Google with plenty of pictures. My tattoo turned out awesome, so I can now add my piece to their great catalog of success. I observed Jim doing several different body piercings during my tattoo (about 3.5 hours), and he seemed great. All of his customers were very pleased as well.4. Professionalism - these guys are very professional. They have a very strict no intoxication rule - they want you to be in the right state of mind when making these appearance-altering decisions. They have you sign a detailed consent form and if you're a minor, you will need a parent/guardian who can produce a valid form of identification as such (birth certificate, etc.). They are courteous to all customers. They also do a great job of post-procedure (piercing, tattoo) education - I had all of my healing/after-care questions answered and was given a handout with a small amount of Aquaphor to get me started. They also do free touch-ups within a certain period of time, provided that you take proper care of your tattoo.Overall, I can say with confidence that I would recommend this shop to anyone. If I wasn't moving out of state soon, I would definitely get any further pieces done here...heck, I might come back anyways, it was THAT good. Read Less
