I came here to fix a "piercing gone wrong" from another shop... I came in to have my nose ring taken out because I couldn't get the piercing out for THE LIFE OF ME! To start off.. A piercer at another shop convinced me I needed to have my nose pierced AGAIN with a 16g needle in order to wear a nose hoop. I was trusting someone who I thought was a professional and let it happen. The piercer at the other shop then proceeded by putting an 18g EARRING into my nose..... I came here and Kimberly helped me a TON and fixed it all up! She was so sweet and kept making me laugh despite the pain. You could tell by the way she spoke she knew what she was talking about. Got my belly button piercing and my sister got her septum pierced. Her nose ring came out and she actually came from mansfield to get it repierced instead of the place she got it pierced. Got my tattoo at a very reasonable price, was told to come back in three weeks for touch ups, did that and was told that "he never said that". My husband also got a tattoo on his chest by another artist and it is crooked. NEVER GETTING WORK DONE HERE AGAIN. ALSO, I got both sides of my nose pierced that night and they are crooked and uneven.... hate this place. Wouldn't ever recommend it to anyone. Read Less

Long story short I decided to take my nose ring out and sleep without it after having the ring in 3-4 months. And just like that it closed up overnight, so I went in for round 2. And I must say I was very satisfied with the whole process once more! The steps that was taken for sanitary purposes was awesome! Very patient and informative about the healing process. Warning! Please Do not go to this place to get tattood. I was a victim of fraud here they charged my card 3 times for a tattoo I got done. I had to go to the bank to dispute the charges because they could not refund the error they made. After I had been inconvenienced, I still in good faith went back to pay the tattoo artist for the work he had done, the owner of the tattoo shop still charged my card without my permission for the tattoo after I had already paid. The Owner text me after I tried to contact him several times and finally replied with " now ur fucken buggin me! im fucking tattooing woman!! sorry u re so paranoid u should ve never go along with a croked deal!! bring the cops FBI n whatever u want! i already told u! ur money has been reversed! have a good day!!Needless to say very unprofessional and crooked of him to try and steal my money.  I'm reporting him and hope that if you are thinking about going here you think twice don't be the victim too. I love this place. I went to it almost a year ago, but they were wonderful. I am under 18 and I wanted to get my bellybutton pierced. (It took A LOT of coaxing my mom..) Anyways, my mom used to be a housekeeper and she can tell when a place is clean; even she commented on the cleanliness. I was very happy with the professionalism of Alien, he did my piercing. I saw him sanitize the bed I layed on, open new packages, and of course, he wore gloves. Very professional and clean, my bellybutton healed very quickly and nicely. Wonderful people and service!! I got my first tattoo at Aliens Ink, and I have absolutely no regrets. The shop was bright and very clean it even smelled like cleaning products! Everyone was very friendly unlike some tattoo shops in the area. I had some ideas and pictures of tattoos, but I wasn't totally sure what I wanted to get. The tattoo artist, Eric, drew a design that was perfect for me and my tattoo came out better than I could have imagined! It has healed with absolutely no problems, and I am so happy with it. I was looking for a good shop to get my nipples pierced at and after doing a lot of research and searching for a good shop I decided to try Alien's Ink. I was not disappointed. When I walked in I was greated by a nice and clean shop. I was asked what I wanted done. Tami got the paper work for me to fill out and then offered to pierce me in tandum. They were both very professional and did a great job. Tami gave me great aftercare instructions. I was impressed enough that we will be going back to get my wife's nipples pierced and she is will be getting her tattoo added to there as well.
