My friend and I both got our first tattoos yesterday with Hong and they turned out great! The artists are fun to be around and even the one we made an appointment with followed up with us when he saw we were getting them. Pretty traumatizing experience for a friend of mine and seemed like the tattoo artist/ piercer was clueless, as well as unapologetic when he made an error on a piercing. No recommendation and an experience not worth remembering.  We entered a little after 5 PM. We sat and waited for a single staff member to complete a tattoo. The customer experience seems really casual, but I figured it was just an in/ out type of place and the notebooks on the counter have artistic drawings with some decent shading. So, I initially disregarded the pathetic customer service etiquette. It was awkward and the location is in a strip mall. The other businesses nearby are not big-name to generate enough foot traffic. While others mention plenty of parking and a great location, it is possible that it is just because it is beyond the entrance of the Fort Bliss Cassidy gate. The piercing was removed from the package without gloves and then he put on gloves after it was on the tray. The staff member confirmed when he would begin the piercing and allowed my friend to put a dot with the marker where she wanted the piercing. He then took 3 minutes to pierce the skin, lost the stem of the jewelry inside the front of her ear flap. As he circled the jewelry around, blood gushed from her ear and he then proceeded to say "Oh, f@#!" And repeated this expletive several times. When he finally acknowledged he screwed up, no sorry was given, no care instructions other than be sure to clean it and put Neosporin. Seems like this place is named appropriately--foolery by a team of fools. Read Less

I must say, finally (mostly) finished my piece last night. Alex is by far the best artist I have had. His work is amazing and his hands are amazingly steady. He does not have a heavy hand which as you know can make a tattoo really miserable. Their staff is completely nice and outgoing, their business is the cleanest I have see, and their prices are the best I have had. All around this place is absolutely the best tattoo shop/artist/staff I have visited. Alex is pretty much appointment only which to me shows that he is outstanding. You will likely wait a month or so before getting booked. Plenty of time for those newcomers to really decide what they want. I will be getting more work done when I get back from deployment. These guys are great! As soon as I walked in I felt very comfortable. I usually get all my tattoos from my boy in Colorado, I was here in TX for a while and wanted to get some ink but like I said before these guys make you feel very welcomed. There work is great. My friend and I were looking to get our belly button pierced and we found this place on yelp. Peter helped us from the beginning to end and made us feel comfortable. Excellent customer service, and great work from the moment you walk in.  Peter at the front desk is very knowledgeable and explains everything throughly.  I was a little nervous, but was quickly put at ease once Tony (the cool Korean guy) started my procedure.  His equipment was clean and sterilized.  Needles are new and never reused.  The staff are so professional which is rare in El Paso.  I would highly recommend this Tattoo Parlor to anyone in the market for a new tattoo, you won't be disappointed.  THANKS to Tony and staff for making experience very pleasant. GREAT service, and amazing piercers. I got my eyebrow pierced here and not only did it come out great, but they gave me some advice on cleaning it, and its been over a month and no infection. They even offered to change it for me if i didnt want to do it. (also gave me some tips to keep my other piercings clean, and offered to change them also) AMAZING people and very very clean! I highly advise you to go here if you are getting pierced. I'm from New Jersey and was stationed in El Paso for less than 3 months. Really wanted to get a good work and saw some cars with Tom Fooleries stickers back of their window, so I called up and met with Peter and Myongki(Tony). Peter started to use photoshop(?) and I was amazed how powerful tool it was and Peter was so good at it. Anyway, Peter was so patient designing my tattoo, becuase when it comes to my body art work, i'm very picky. After Peter was done with it, Myongki started to tat me up and wow, he is really good.
