I went in on January 27th to get a tattoo on my finger this being number 3 for me. I was warned it would fade. I was okay with that because I was told in front of the 3 people I went in with that the artist would touch it up for free. Walked in today (feb 11) because 3 weeks later and my tattoo hasn't just faded half of it is completely gone. Looks AWFUL. The artists sat in her chair and told me that she doesn't do finger touch ups for free and she would charge me another 50 to get her work fixed. It was beyond disrespected the way she spoke to me it. I'm getting it fixed elsewhere. I wouldn't want someone walking around with bad tattoo work with my name on it. Another friend had the same experience here with her first tattoo. Read Less

I'm a little torn by this place. I took my daughter there for her first tattoo. The lack of communication was disheartening, but so many people recommended this place that I kept trying. Finally got David to set up a consultation. Her tattoo took two sittings. It is absolutely gorgeous, but it took me sending multiple messages and phone calls to get her back in to get it finished. Was recommended here by a friend for a nose piercing. Called an hour before I planned to arrive. Was told to come in anytime before 10p. Walked in and staff was extremely rude. I was told the piercing lady is no longer doing piercings tonight. Extremely unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend them. There are so many other places to get piercings and tattoos. Read Less

I got a tattoo here a few years ago by some 19 year old. The tattoo wasn't centered and ddidn't and still doesn't look good. There were 2 other artist there and they didn't want to do. Dallas did my tattoos, four small quotes on the inside and outside of each hand, like the ones Lana Del Rey has. He was honest and said one of the original quotes I wanted would be too large, but he was patient while I looked for something similar to what I wanted, which I really appreciated (I've been rushed before at tattoo parlours, and it's never fun being rushed when you're about to get something permanent done on your body). Ian did both of my tattoos. I was really nervous and he walked me through everything and made sure everything was perfect. He is extremely reasonable and only charged me $50 for both tattoos because they were small and he already had the needle out. I was so scared as this was my first tattoo and he even tested it out with water first so I would know what if would feel like. I stood in there for 2 hours contemplating on if I wanted it or not and he was extremely understanding and patient the whole time. He's also extremely quick and explains everything perfectly. First time experience! I came in for a tattoo with Jordan and my friend came to repierce her nose (also done by Jordan). Prior to my tattoo, the artist showed me the expiration date on the equipment's packaging to ensure me the tools were safe to use. (I've never had a show do this, and I really value sanitized equipment.) Tattoo turned out perfectly! After my tattoo my friend got her nose repierced and was close to passing out. Jordan knew exactly what to do and was quick to offer water, something to help blood sugar, and wet cloths. She really cared about both of us as clients and that is huge in customer service. My best friend and I got small matching heart tattoos under our collarbones. It's a few months later and there is a little part of the tattoo that is kind of faded which is disappointing. All I have to say is WOW. I came here to get one of my nipples repierced after a terrible job done. The last time I had almost gotten sick it was so painful. I started a half sleeve with Timmy and drove 2 hours to get worked on. I got laid off and no longer had money to drive to Denton to have a only flower drawn every two weeks even though I asked him repeatedly to finish the whole thing. He disrespected me and blocked me because of my life situation. This is not the kind of people I want to deal with. I asked him to finish it months ago but he wouldn't. I had the money and he colored in two flowers and gave up on it so I had it finished in my hometown. This is not his first time bumping heads with customers. Read Less

I got my first tattoo here and it was done by Dallas. He did an amazing job and was very good at making me feel comfortable about the whole experience. The shop is very clean and everyone we talked to that works there were very nice. My brother and I went in planing to get just plain deathly hollows tattoos but Dallas ended up talking us into getting that but more creative and I'm so glad that he did. I love how it turned out and he was more then happy to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend that anyone looking to get a tattoo come here and talk to Dallas.
