They may be fine with regulars, but they turned what was supposed to be a special event for my daughter who just turned 18 into an awful experience. My daughter didn’t have her wallet on her so they wouldn’t do the nose piercing even though I’m her father and was giving consent. So we drove back home, get her id and drive back. This time there’s a list and we wait our turn. When it’s her turn the lady looks at the license and says it expired the day prior (her 18th birthday). And the lady quickly and happily crosses my daughter’s name off the list. There was absolutely empathy or understanding. Terrible service. Read Less

I had one of the worst customer service experience ever here. I really hope that guy isn't working there anymore. Basically told me that the tattoo I wanted to get was stupid. Was so freakin rude I canceled my appointment to meet with the tattoo artist even though I had already paid the deposit. I just never wanted to see him again. Huge shout out to Aces! I wanted to get my ears pierced so I can wear earrings for my wedding in October but was hesitant because I went to Claire's and Walmart to have them pierced twice previously and had bad reactions. So I let them heal up - or at least I thought. Instead of automatically trying to re-pierce my ears, the staff here took the time to see if my ears just needed to be tapered to be re-opened. That's all it took and it was free of charge! They did a great job and now I can wear my gold earrings (which hopefully won't cause a bad reaction). I went a few days ago to get my septum and belly button pierced. Dorian did it for me and she was amazing, she was very careful in seeing where she could pierce my septum and if it was actually possible for me to get my navel pierced. She made sure i was comfortable and answered all my questions, even giving me information to things i didn't think to ask (like the fact that the navel might reject). The process was quick and easy and they're very affordable. Would definitely go here to get pierced again. Read Less

Me and a friend were visiting a friend that lives here for the weekend and wanted to get tats together. They told us a tattoo the size of a quarter would be $60 to $80 and that's only if we sat still. I would never recommend going to this place. Felt very unwelcome. Read Less

I got my first (double) nose piercing there on a Saturday night. It was very busy but Becky took the time to answer all my questions. She was extremely professional and made me feel at ease. She worked with me to get the placings where they would be most attractive. I'd definitely go back and am looking forward to meeting the tattoo artists so I can get some work done on my back piece. Luis was absolutely everything I could've asked for. Quick walk in for something that meant so so much to me. He was more than nice, he was extremely friendly and warm and I felt instantly comfortable with and he did such a spectacular job with what I wanted. I came in a month ago to get my first tattoo. I was super nervous and scared to say the least. Luckily Alex came out and decided to help me. He listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions, and gave me the perfect tattoo. He was so kind to me. He talked to me the entire time so I wouldn't think about it. He worked very efficiently. I loved him. I came back in yesterday for another tattoo. He was super nice and helped me figure out where to place it.
