Will never recommend this tattoo shop to anyone I know ever again! I went to have my second tattoo done here seeing as to how my first one went well. I chose a piece that cost me $400 I payed it to them in full an ended up only being able to do half of it that night an was told to come back a few weeks later to finish the other half. Well here I am with only half my tattoo done several MONTHS later!! Let me remind y'all that I payed in full.. I have a shit ton of text an call...s all saved to my phone of excuses as to why it could not be done.. The man doing mine had to be out for a little while due to personal reasons understandable but he is now not awnsering to my text or anything before this I called to have it finished one day an he said he wasn't at work so I called the shop to talk to someone an he is the one that pick up the phone an I was also told that I would be charged even more money now needless to say I lost out on my money an a tattoo so never again will I recommend anyone here..... So I got a tattoo on New Year's Eve, no big deal tattoo looked fine for the first 24 hours. Then as it started to heal I noticed that in spots there were chunks where the artist had gone too deep with the tattoo ( asked local artist and had it confirmed). I had messaged Mad house through Facebook seeing as I live 2 hours away and new to ask they would need to see a picture so it would be easier to use Facebook then to call so they could see it. Needless to say my tattoo is ...missing chunks of cover and already extremely faded in some spots due to having been tattooed to deep, this is not my first tattoo or I'd say it was my fault for not knowing proper tattoo care but this is not the case.
