Brought my younger sister to get her second holes pierced on her lobe. While the website clearly states that this shop does all types of piercings, Hector rather rudely informed us that he only does body piercings and could only help us if we wanted "a 14-gauge hole in her ear". If that wasn't bad enough, he then said "I don't do little diamonds. If that's what you want go to Claire's or Spencer's." It is one thing to refuse our business, but to then suggest going somewhere that uses a piercing gun blows me away. Every piercer I've ever spoken to (including the three that pierced me) has informed me exactly why you should NEVER use a piercing gun. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Read Less

I've had 3 tattoos done here. My third one is by far the worst. I've had to get two touch ups on it and Hector keeps going to deep, so the color isn't staying. I've never had so much trouble with a tattoo as I have had with this one Read Less

Second tattoo here, and I am so impressed! Hector is great, and so concerned with a great customer experience. We came in the night before Friday the 13th to look at designs, and because the other two people and I had all gotten pieces here before, he let us get our 13$ Friday the 13th tattoos on the 12th to avoid the crowds! This by far the most beautiful tattoo I've ever gotten. I had work done by Tommy Sturgis. After seeing his work online I knew this was the person I wanted. He tattooed a picture of my dog that past last year at Christmas. Tommy took the time to hear how important this tattoo was to me and we worked together to make the picture perfect. Had a tatto done by Tommy Sturgis. This is a man who truly cares about what he designs and puts on your body. I had him tattoo a picture of my dog that past away. Everyone was super friendly! BUT DO NOT GET PIERCINGS!! Got my tongue pierced by Riley around 9pm and not even 12 hours later my tongue was three times the size and super infected. The whole entire bottom was filled with blood and puss keeps oozing out. I didn't eat anything else after it got done and did the mouth wash before I went to bed. Awesome expierience! Riley did my septum piercing she did a great job. She was very professional and clean. She knew exactly where to pierce it and it didn't hurt at all. I was extremely nervous and she made me feel so comfortable. I've gotten a tattoo fixed there and two other tattoos from the artist's there. I didn't know where to go to get the septum and I called around to other studios but I am extremely happy I went here because they took care of me. My little sister got her nose pierced at a different shop about 4 months ago and it wasn't healing properly. She got a nose ring so it was harder for her to get it out. I called the shop around 10pm on a weekday asking if their piercer was available and sure enough they were. At this point my sister was very frustrated because she was trying for several days to get it out (a lot of scar tissue had build up) and right when we met Rylee she reassured & made my sister very comfortable. She is very knowledgable, professional and has amazing bed side manners (not sure if that term applies to piercers but she's AMAZING). We will def recommend anyone who needs piercings to go to Rylee.
