I have been going here for almost two years already. I have been to a lot of tattoo shops. This place is the best place I have ever visited. Juan has done everything from a coverup to a new tattoo on me, none have ever faded or ever needed a touch up. He is an amazing artist! I suggest everyone to visit him. You will not be disappointed. Thanks for offering Friday 13th special. No many are doing it. Went there on Friday 13th for their 20$ tattoo special, very disorganized. No sign in sheet. No order of who is next in line. They had an artist(only one talking to customers) telling everyone that their only doing a quarter size stick figure image. The artist got 5 or more images from customers and disappeared for 45 min drawing all of them thinking he could come out and tattoo everyone like an assembly line. By ...that 45 min all those people left and he wasted everyone's time. (Bad idea). Just don't participate on Friday 13th if you can't even get your shop in order. Suggestion, have a variety of images set out with #s. Have a sign in sheet. That way no one is sitting there waiting for a guy to draw out a line of designs, just to so they end up leaving wasting everyone's time.I don't mind waiting, but after 3 people jumped line and artist telling you what he is gonna do on your skin. Worst experience at any of the tattoo shops I have been. Bruce at first seamed cool, but it was a front. Once he sat in his chair his head grew and thought he was so good that what I wanted was something that he would put down and make his own changes. Sure I could hear what changes he had in mind but don't put down what I want and act like some bad ass that could put down his customer. I decided that it wouldn't work out and couldn't trust a guy like that working on my skin. Sorry bud you need an attitude adjustment regardless if you are good artist. saw the shop opened at 2 so I got there around 2:05, no one was there. so I left and called them around 2:30, still no answer. tried around 2:45, nothing and again at 3 with no answer. lost my business since they are unreliable on when they will be at the shop Read Less
