The fact that there's anything other than 5 star reviews here blows me away. I've spent several hours in this place and have received work from both Chris and Tina. I can say not only was the work performed the best I've had/seen, but the customer service to me and everyone that I have observed walk through those doors was beyond spectacular. The atmosphere is like hanging out with your friends at a backyard BBQ. Very chill and relaxed. This group is top notch in all categories. It's easy to see that everyone in this shop takes great pride in the work they do. If you want to gamble with your money go to another tattoo shop or Las Vegas. I spoke with a Tina who had a lot of info about eyebrow tattoo removal which was helpful. She was argumentative and spoke at me, not to me, I had to ask her to let me finish speaking, even told her my age so she would talk to me right. I hung up on her and when she called back I said for her NOT to call me again.She may know about tattoo eyebrow removal, she does not know about customer service! A year ago I had the tattoo on my left forearm done before my bday.  It felt and looked like someone took a scalpel dipped in black ink and did the outline.  I mean Will was nice but damn it hurt worse than my back did.  I am also missing color on the turtle and some of the flowers.  The black ink on my back is darker than the black on my arm.  It's a great tattoo just poorly done. Jeremy did my tattoo and was awesome and made sure I wasn't in too much pain, it turned out great and Tina was very friendly as well. Jeremy has some great work and a great attitude. Went in requesting info on laser removal of Tattoo on my arm. The owner came out and was so honest with info. She could have taken advantage of my ignorance and started the process that day, but she explained my options in clear concise terms. I opted for getting a cover up and Jay did excellent job. The place is professionally run, with an easy chillaxing atmosphere. He even asked what kinda music I liked and picked great selections. I recommend this place highly and give it 6 stars. Tina did my first tattoo removal session yesterday and I couldn't be more impressed. She was very quick, she told me what to expect and it was pretty much exactly what she said it would be (except it didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would). All of the artists I talked with while in there are also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I literally had the best experience I've ever had at a tattoo shop. Tina has by far exceeded my expectations. I can't recall the last time I was able to walk out of the house, feeling good about myself. Tina did my eyebrows and I am completely satisfied with them and my whole experience with her. She is very experienced and makes you feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. She doesn't force nor try to influence your decision to go through with it or not. She will explain everything she is going to do from start to finish, then you can decide if you want to continue. This is the first review I've ever posted, but that is how much I loved my experience with Tina and microblading my eyebrows. I am from Houston and made the trip just to see her. She was awesome to talk to and ease any anxiety. She numbed my brows so I felt no discomfort at all! I have naturally red hair and she did an amazing job at matching the pigment. I am so happy I found her and will recommend her to anyone wanting cosmetic tattooing. She asked for pictures of how I was drawing mine on, and what I wanted. While working she measured everything to make sure it was even and asked how I was liking the way it looked or if I wanted more added. The apt included a cool aftercare kit and a 6 week followup/touchup apointment. As a product of the twiggy era, I had over plucked my eyebrows for many years. I went to see Tina. It was the best decision I have ever made. I had the micro blading done. Christian is amazing! I got my first tattoo ever done by Christian in 2014 and 2 more in 2015. He did an amazing job on every single one they're flawless!! I couldn't be happier, my third tattoo was a sparrow and my sister and I both got the exact same drawing just different colors she has 9 tattoos and honestly says Christians is her best one!! I had a previous tattoo that I wanted finished now that my third kiddo is here.  I went in there earlier in the day and had an artist named John take look at it gave me his price. He stated I would need to leave a deposit to secure my appt time (which is completely understanding) well I wasn't 100% sure so I left without leaving a deposit. After doing some more yelp research I learned I wanted Chris or Jeremy to do the job so I called and was told only Lucas had any openings.  So I then researched his work and felt comfortable. So I went there to have Lucas do the work.  The shop is very clean and nice.  I was very impressed!  After a small wait Lucas took me back and we discussed what I wanted.  He gave me his opinions on what would work and what wouldn't.  He finished up the lettering and I wasn't 100% happy with the letter T so I told him and and he fixed it.  Overall awesome experience, not horribly painful and I'm so happy with his work.  Even though I don't live in Corpus I will get my next tat from Pinnacle as well. I went to this shop for my tattoo removal. The price was way more affordable than a quote I had got in San Antonio. The place in San Antonio quoted me 750 a session and at pinnacle my quote was only 250 a session. When I went in to get the Lazer treatment I was so afraid like literally ready say forget it. The lady there was very patient and easy to talk too. She understood my fears and helped me get through something I really wanted done..she talked to me the whole procedure, this took lots of my Anxiety away. the pain was not as bad as I thought.
