I would give a zero star if that was possible. My husband got a tattoo here exactly one week ago today. While he was getting his tattoo, he set up an appointment for me for today( which I'll get to in a minute). After doing everything the guy told him to do to care for his tattoo it was not healing he went to the emergency room friday to find that it is severely infected. He text the guy that did it before he went to the emergency room all he wanted was the guy to look at it to tell him what he could do to fix it but the guy refused and didn't want my husband to go up there (my husband had intended on calling him when he got there to meet him in the parking lot). This guy blamed my husband for it becoming infected but he did exactly what he was told to do. I was still willing to use him today to get my 3 tattoos done, i text him yesterday at 2pm to see if he was still willing to do them he didn't respond untill 1:30am saying that he would. Yea almost 12 hours later, needless to say we will never use that place again because one this one guy and he would have made a $1000 off just me alone with all the tatts i want. Dash: Gave it a three because I got a wedding ring tattoo cover-up of a heart that I recently had. Now I covered it up with a bow and half the heart is still showing. They need a number on this website. Also I showed him the picture of the bow i wanted and it was a full black bow. I didn’t know why he was letting me choose out a different color but I choose a light blue. He put some White around some of the areas but the white is already fading and I just got it yesterday. The blue is already fading also and I don’t like it. If I could I would totally call up there and ask them if they can redo it for free. But they don’t have a damn number so I am frustrated right now. And he also messed up on my husband’s ring. The mouth, (teeth) are in a straight line. Read Less

I came to this shop for the first time over two years ago and met with a guy, Austin. He gave me the straightest, cleanest Deathly Hollows tattoo and I loved it. Fast forward to this year, I went back and he was no longer there. I worked some of the new artists in the shop, which was difficult because they're all very anti-social guys. I ended up leaving with a crooked mason jar with a flower looking like the funk on my ankle. I hate to have it showing at any point, and it's going to be near impossible to cover due to how DARK and heavy handed they were. Very upset. Read Less

This place is amazing! The shop is beautiful and always really clean. I have only been tattooed by Michael Michaelson, and he is seriously talented. All three times I've been in I've asked for what I would consider non - traditional tattoos. Mikey never questions his ability to deliver, and he has not disappointed. His confidence and skill is really appreciated. He's not afraid to try new things and push past boundries. He's not only great at tattooing, but a gifted artist. I made first appointment a couple months ago, canceled... we made a second appoitnement, canceled... then Blake Thomas makes a third appointment with me, then leaves me hanging... never shows up. Came in here a few weeks back to get a small wrist tattoo of mine fixed paid $80 and walked out 20 minutes with shaky lines and just sub par work as well as what seemed like random people hanging out in the back of the shop. Over priced for the level of work received.Read Less
