Julio is amazing, he did the daith piercing on both ears for my daughter. Before, I called and he talked to me about it because she has sever complex migraines and is young. When we got there he talked to her because she was very nervous. He was absolutely amazing with her. He took his time, talked to her and calmed her down. So I expected to have great customer service due to the reviews on here and being sent their way from the shop we were supposed to go to but my experience was everything but that. I enter the shop, ask the gentleman that is in the building (employee) where the bathroom was. His answer back to me was "And you're here for?" Secondly piercing was outrageously priced compared to other shops but went ahead and did it anyways. So during the piercing, no clamps were used (which is what I'm accustomed to). The gentleman (different man , won't name who) told me to take a deep breath, okay. "Let it out", okay. As I let out my breath he had pierced my ear and I thought we were finished, but nope, he began piercing through the other side (about a 2 second pause between. So a little more pain than expected. I will say he helped me with my nose piercing due to the hole being closed inside by sticking a needle through. (5 dollars was given to him extra for helping.) BUT after all is said and done, I didn't receive any cleaning instructions, what to do in case of infection, what to take for pain (If this was anyone who was new to piercings or tattoos, they would have no clue how to care for it) I stayed for an additional 5 minutes to purchase a belly ring, and still nothing. Seemed like all they were interested in was the money that they got out of it not if the customer was satisfied, no additional information, and couldnt even give me any knowledge on the piercing I received to begin with. If anyone who is looking for a tattoo piercing shop, I recommend the shop in Alvarado. After this all happened, I stopped back by the shop in Alvarado to explain my experience and to try to gain knowledge on how to care of my ear. They not only talked me through everything but were very friendly, informative. They gave me a sheet with all of the instructions I needed. I had my nippled pierced here! The experience was professional! But fun as well. When the guy went to pierce the first one I started laughing bc I was so nervous! He helped me calm down and eventually ended up with two wonderful peircings! If I trust them enough to do my nipples, that should mean something towards other simple things like a navel or cartaledge. I have read a lot of the reviews about the bad piercing?? Not now guys! If I could leave a 0 star rating I absolutely would. My girlfriend went in to get her lip pierced and my best friend wanted to get her tounge. Josh the "piercer" said he couldn't do the tounge piercing because he wasn't "there" yet. Josh then proceeded to mame my girlfriend. He stuck her 3 times and the second one hit a blood vessel. Me and me boyfriend went in one day to get some info and get a tattoo in memory of our daughter. So we walked in no one greeted us. When I asked how much for a tattoo I showed him he said $120. Then proceeded to say maybe $80 and THEN he said he would charge me $160! They couldn't even give me a straight answer. As much as I wanted a tattoo from there, I'm definitely not going there again. I went in to see about getting some birds done to frame a verse I had done on my wrist that did not flow with the natural curvw of my arm. When I walked in no one said anything just say around, finally some came up and I told them my idea... they said to come back in 2-3 weeks bc my wrist wasn't healed enough to do anything now (even though the birds arent actually touching the original tattoo but ok they are the experts) so then he asked who did it amd he says he knows him bc he fired him amd they wouldnt do any way bc it wasn't done there... ok soooo see ya! The "new guy"" Did my tattoo and he obviously didn't know what he was doing went to deep and I ended up in hospital a week and had to have surgery!!!!! And they have offered no help with medical costs and was out of work two weeks!!!! I am a single mother of 4 kids!!!! Didn't want a lot just help with the cost of surgery and medical !!!!!!!!
