Dr. Chilukuri is amazing! he is the best I have been to and I won't go anywhere else anymore. He does great work and spends a lot of time with you to make sure you get the right work done, and not extra things you don't need. He is so nice and its a pleasure to be his client. I would leave no stars if I could. I saw on his site that he did acne scar revision with great results on those with acne scarring that is very similar to mine, if not worse. There was no specification of what type of treatments these clients had, however. I was interested in getting treatment from him, but emailed over photos first since I live in Austin and didn't want to commit to driving all the way to Houston unless he could actually help me. I got a response by the assistant that he said he didn't have the "right machine" to help me and to consult with other doctors. I thought that was strange since he was supposedly able to help those other clients with scarring similar to mine. I asked the assistant what procedure he did on the patients with similar scarring to mine and she had no idea. She gave me his email and I emailed him asking the same question and I never got a response. It's just disheartening because I see that other people have had a good experience with him and I was hoping to be one of them, but he doesn't seem willing to help me or at least point me in the right direction. Dr Chilukuri and team set a very high bar for others to compete with. His ultimate goal is to help his patients. The first time I met him, he explained that his strategy was long term maintenance and would never penny-pinch at the expense of results. This strategy has won my loyalty. Once you become a friend (more than a patient) you can expect to look refreshed and keep that look. My wife often picks out photographs of us 10 years ago when I looked older than I do today.
