My experience at this tattoo studio has been nothing but good! I walked out with such a beautiful tattoo! Walk-ins are welcome. I was greeted and made welcome the moment I walked in. Alex was more than happy to bring my tattoo idea to life. He was patient, took his time with me, and wanted me to feel comfortable with a design we could muster up and agree on. After the consultation we were able to immediately do the tattoo. The tattoo artist, Alex, was very personable. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable. Not like some other tattoo shops where you're almost ignored and treated like a number to stick. We took as many breaks as I needed, he made sure the tattoo was not going to mess up with how much I was moving/talking (lol), and checked with me routinely to see if I was satisfied with the work. The whole process I was extremely excited. The shop had a friendly, clean, and welcoming environment. I would and do recommend this shop for a tattoo. Especially a first tattoo by Alex since he helped so much with nerves and the amount of patience that man has! LolIn no way was I disrespected or made to feel uncomfortable. I apologize to anyone who has had a bad experience here, but the quality, customer service, and environment I've experience has been great!

This place is literally probably THE worst place of "business" that I have ever experienced in my life. The staff is beyond rude and completely disrespectful. When I went in to get my daughter's nose pierced, the unprofessional woman rudely told me we needed additional documentation to get it done without a state issued ID. I said ok, I'll come back. I drive ALL the way home, come back to get it done, and I'm told she's on a break and would return in about 20 minutes. After we waited for at least 45 minutes, she comes out from the back, mind you, and says she can't do it because I was supposedly rude earlier. IF that was the case, wouldn't she have told me that BEFORE I left to get it and BEFORE I came back and waited an additional 45 minutes? I was completely dumbfounded by this experience. I never raised my voice or used any disrespectful language the way she did, so I was confused. I've never been refused service, so it left me at a lost. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

I really wish i could give this garbage can 0 stars. The customer service is nonexistent. The "woman" in there was extremely rude to me when i went in to get a piercing. She then had me wait for over 45 minutes while she took a "break". She had the audacity to come back and tell me she decided she wouldn't do it because i was rude.

Very racist. Let's begin their unprofessional and down right rude. While a friend of mines was getting a tattoo. The artist got up at least ten times to talk on his phone and smoke weed. It took him at least six hours to get one simple small tattoo done. He even left to bail his friend out of jail u would think he would keep that shit to himself. And let's not talk about his baby mama drama......We did not came there for that. Overall, I can't believe these people are in business.

where do i even begin. so my septum piercing from 2 months fell out one night because i couldn't get one of the ball ends back in. so i went there the next day and was in so much high spirits. when i went back in the room i was half assededly greeted by the piercer who i tried to explain my situation to. she then applied a tight ass clamp on the bottom of my nostril and boy was only the beginning. after she stuck the needle in, she put on a big ass cheap looking ring that couldn't even go back into my nose because it was so long. wtf. even after i told her i needed it to be hidden. so i had to drive back there later with my old ring so she could put it in. if i thought the first part was bad. she told me that if i wanted it changed out there was a risk it could close back very quickly but i figured it wouldn't cause she would hurry. this girl had trouble taking it out and putting my old one back in taking like 5-10 mins, dropping one of the ball ends even. i even think one of my holes started closing up it was so bad. overall shitty service and i would not recommend anyone going there

One of the grossest shops I've ever been too. First arrived to the artists walking over from a bar in the same plaza, making racial slurs. Then watched a client bleed on the chair during a tattoo and the female who works there sat another client right on it after no cleaning at all. Bathroom was awful, no soap OR toilet paper! How do the artists stay clean? Needles did NOT look safe either. Beware of this shop.

I've gone to this shop so many times and I had great experiences every time. They recently got rid of a lot of people and have different guys working there. I went to get my nostrils re pierced and they ended up very crooked. The guy argued with me saying that that's exactly where I said I wanted them even though they have never looked that uneven before. I asked if he would redo one if I took it out and let it heal and he told me I would have to pay for it regardless even though he messed up. I feel if you are a piercer it is very important to mark and measure before you stick the needle through. I was very disappointed with him and the situation. Haven't gone to that shop since and found a better piercer elsewhere.

Hands down best shop I've been to! Always comfortable and welcoming, as well as having great work. From small detailed tattoos to large ones, different styles and none less than beautiful pieces! Great piercers as well! Fun bunch to be around can always make you laugh and very laid back atmosphere. Also, always clean! I am beyond happy with every experience when I walk in and out of their doors! I've had 3 tattoos and 1 piercing here, Trust me, you will not leave unhappy with their work! <3 �️

My experience at this tattoo studio has been nothing but good! I walked out with such a beautiful tattoo! Walk-ins are welcome. I was greeted and made welcome the moment I walked in. One of the grossest shops I've ever been too. First arrived to the artists walking over from a bar in the same plaza, making racial slurs. I've gone to this shop so many times and I had great experiences every time. They recently got rid of a lot of people and have different guys working there. I went to get my nostrils re pierced and they ended up very crooked.
