Went here for mine and my moms first tattoos! They were small wrist pieces. Tony was super nice and accommodating and did wonderful work! Tony Perez from Black Mass Tattoo provided me with the absolute best experience I could have and ever have had at a tattoo shop. Not to mention my reaching out to him was completely last minute and the day before my birthday. I showed him a design I used for a band logo that meant a lot to me and told him I wanted it tattooed on my arm. Unfortunately I was unaware that the design I had brought him wouldn't exactly last very well do to a mass amount of line work that was never... made for a tattoo but rather something to go on a t-shirt. However he took the time to take the idea I had and make something beautiful out of it that still captured the concept I had in mind. He redrew it for me in a matter of an hour and what he came up with blew my mind and actually made me much happier than what I had originally thought of getting out on me. He brought me in and we talked for a while and I got to know him and his business and experience and though it is only my third tattoo he gave me the best experience I could've possibly had. I felt so comfortable and at home in his shop. His coworkers were nice and conversational and we were laughing and jamming great music the whole time he did his amazing artwork on me. I can say without a doubt that I will be going back to Black Mass as many times as my skin can handle. I've already booked my next session and am sending ideas back and forth with him daily. Getting tattooed by Clamore has been one of the best experiences with an artist. Prior to my appointment, he and I were able to communicate by email and I sent him my basic idea and he turned it into the design of my dreams. It was gorgeous in the sketch and I am so thrilled with the final outcome. Once I arrived for my appointment, he and I discussed placement and size, and he made sure it was exactly what I wanted and what would work within my budget. One of my best tattoo experiences to date. Clamore did my second tattoo and my friend's first. I search tirelessly for great black and gray artists as they are a rare breed. Cla embodies a true artist. Not only does great lines with but excellent shading. He also makes the entire experience enjoyable by setting a super comfortable atmosphere while maintaining professionalism. His tattoo i still looks brand new after four years.
