I got a tattoo by them years ago and I had another artist go in to dark on my thigh. I asked them to look at it for me to see what could be done he told me it was done deal and absolutely nothing can be done I went to three other places and they at least had solutions a large cover up extending the tattoo laser to lighten it and then they would help to cover it he just sent me on my way didn't even try I know its not their fault but come on you could of said something other than your screwed. I went knowing exactly what I had envisioned. I arrived there and Eric had apologized for opening late because his wife had gone to the ER for a concussion right before he walked in. I showed him what I was thinking and he took the time to make sure it was the right size, color, font and everything more I could have asked for. Had such an amazing experience getting a tattoo here last night. Me and my cousin went in last night to get matching tattoos. Eric was so nice. He did my cousin's tattoo one of the other artist did mine. This was my cousin's first tattoo in a shop and she was super nervous. So, let me tell you guys. I have been to 3 different tattoo shops in my life and I've never really stuck with any of them. I went to 360 Blues and Tattoo's with my sister for her OWN tattoo, while I was there I was like "What the heck, I might as well get one too right?" Eric Pena was the SWEETEST and most GENEROUS person I've ever met in a tattoo shop. He made great conversation and did my tattoo great! I had gotten a Loser/Lover tattoo that was in the Book/Movie "It". I fell in love with it. After a couple months went by I had been planning on getting a Dragon tattoo. I couldn't imagine going any other place else to get my big piece done. More importantly, I didn't want any other tattoo artist to do the piece. Of course, I didn't just walk in to get the tattoo done out of the blue. But Eric was amazing. He stayed super late to do my tattoo and made sure that we took breaks since my butt was getting numb from sitting too long. He also fit in another tattoo for my sister that night as well. We started at 10pm and finally finished around 3am. If you're ever considering on getting a tattoo somewhere I RECOMMEND 360 blues and tattoos. I will definitely be back for more tattoos. Read Less

I got a tattoo by Eric last November. This wasn't my first tattoo but was by far the most pleasant experience. I wanted something fairly specific and Eric did a great job turning my idea into something realistic and appealing. The design was outline heavy and past artists have kind of dug in while trying to keep the lines straight. Eric was the exact opposite. While getting a tattoo isn't exactly a painless process, I imagine this was as close as it gets. The tattoo healed well and the colors are still vibrant. Nothing wonky has happened in the past few months and the design is still crisp. I would 100% recommend getting a tattoo here and I will definitely be back for another when I'm in the DFW area again. My sister and I were walk ins on a Friday night around 10:30. We were greeted immediately and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Victor did my tattoo. He was so quick and it turned out great. I went here because a friend of mine recommended this place. Came in Monday night (after my work so around 9:30ish pm) just to talk about an idea about my tattoo and Eric was working that night. Showed him a picture of what I wanted and where I'd want to get it done and how big I wanted it. Told me he would do it Tuesday night after I got off work. Now look, I thought I would get me in  next week or a couple weeks later or whatever, because I understand that there's a process of drawing it out and that there were (maybe) other clients ahead of me and those other stuff to consider, but when he said he would take me the next day at night (after I got off work) I was honestly surprised and excited. I've been wanting to get this tattoo done for a while! Ha. So Tuesday night I came back at 9:30pm, but there was another client ahead of me. Which I didn't mind to be honest. Didn't want him to rush or anything, but he saw me and told me he would finish her up and to come back in an hour and that he was for sure going to get me done tonight. Not a problem, since I was actually really hungry and I needed to pull out some cash anyways haha. An hour passed by and I came back to the shop and he was just finishing her up. After she left, he was ready for me. I signed everything and he started to gather everything up. It was maybe around 11:40ish or maybe 12 when we started and we finished around 2am. When he said he'll get it done, he got it done. Didn't really take any breaks, which was fine by me to be honest, and he wasn't really rushing it. Felt a bit bad for his hand though. It's true they say that you get what you pay for and if you're wanting "cheap" work on your body for the rest of your life then this is not the place to go. On my 18th birthday I had planned to go elsewhere for a tattoo, but they told me they couldn't that day because they were closing earlier than usual. I instead came here for a finger tattoo, and Eric was VERY kind during the process. I was super scared of the pain and he assured me that there was nothing to worry about. After a week with my tattoo, my skin had rejected 80% of the ink. I asked Eric to go back over it and he did, and this time with thicker lines. Eric took very good care of me. I had a tattoo dedicated to my kids that was awful & so I came in for a cover-up and brought my ideas. He made those ideas a reality and beyond! I've never seen a tattoo this beautiful in real life, and it's on MY body. Eric took his time drawing & editing until the art was perfect, and his execution was spot on! I couldn't be happier. Hands down, one of the best places I've ever gone for a piercing. For my sisters 16th birthday, I told her I'd pay to get her belly button pierced.. and I felt like it was finally time to face my fears & get my nipples pierced. So we called the day we wanted to get our piercings & I asked how much it would be for both my nipples & my sisters belly button, and it was $35 for hers (including jewelry) and $60 for mine (also including jewelry). The guy on the phone told me that the piercer was there, so we headed over. We were greeted by Sammii, & we told her what we wanted done. She was awesome. We paid for our stuff & then headed back. My sister got hers done first, & she told me it was a lot less painful than she thought it was going to be... I was happy to hear it wasn't too bad for her :P Then it was my turn. Sammii lined up the spots where she was going to pierce me, told me to breathe, and then just jumped in and did it. Now, let me tell you... it isn't the BEST feeling in the world, but, now that I have them done, I'm SO SO happy that I overcame my fear :) She said I reacted better than most people do, so that was also a plus. It has been a week since we both got our piercings now, and with the aftercare procedures we were given, neither of us have had ANY pains or infections. Sammii is SERIOUSLY a professional at what she does, she will work with you to make sure you'll love what you get pierced, and she'll definitely make you feel comfortable. This is a very nice tattoo studio. I get all of my tattoos done by Jamie English, he is a very talented artist who does amazing custom bold color work. I have been to a few different shops he has worked at in DFW over the many years he has been tattooing me, this studio is definitely the nicest.  Plenty of parking in front of the shop, well lit at night. The studio itself  is very large and very clean. Each artist has their own booth space to work in so you aren't just sitting out in the open for everyone who walks in to stare at while getting tattooed. when we first walked in everything was great then both the tattoo artists we were talking to started getting attitude and huffing well one was just super fat and couldn't even breathe we were just trying to figure out where we wanted our tattoos so the fat guy went outside to smoke a cig (like he needs one anyway since he can barely breathe already) and then came back in and proceeded to try and charge us way too much for the tattoos we wanted ridiculous so we told him no way and once we were almost out the door and then the fatty had the nerve to tell us to go next door cuz they do twenty dollar tattoos didn't expect my tattoo to be twenty dollars but $100 dollars for a solid black infinity I don't think so . overall we will NEVER go there again even to get piercings (piercer is AWESOME by the way) we will just wait to go back to wisconsin to our home town where we are treated with respect Read Less

After she explained why and what would work I totally understood and walked away with an awesome tattoo! She really knew what she was talking about and they just wanted to do something that I could be proud of. They really care about the quality and not just trying to take your money!!! Pricing is more expensive than what I thought it would be- but is very much worth it. It is a scary experience for a first timer with a tattoo so I get why they explain stuff the way they did and thank them for it. I highly recommend Cam...he drew a custom tat based on the idea I had and gave me more than I could have imagined. He was very creative. Since this was my first tattoo, I wanted something big (go big or go home...lol). After having shopped around their pricing was very reasonable and the work fantastic. This was the 3rd tattoo parlor my sister and i went to while i was in texas i was very frustrated!! Not only was the girl who we talked to very rude but she was not very helpful. I brought in a picture of what I wanted done. something very simple. it was a butterfly for goodness sakes!!! She said yeah we cant do this.. you should just go pick out something on the wall.... I dont want something on the wall... i want what i brought in!!! if i brought in a picture of my child would you tell me to go pick a picture of someones elses kid off the wall to put on me!! I asked if i could show my picture the the tattoo artist and see what he can come up with and she told me jsut to go find something on the wall.. So i dont know if its because i havent gotten a tattoo in 10 years but i thought that if you bring in a picture of what you want the artist would draw it up for you and then put it on you! DO not go there! she was a total witch! she wasnt even the tattoo artist! that place is loosing a lot of business by having her talk to the customers telling them to go pick something off the wall!!
