I’m kind of 50/50 on this place. My first experience was when I went in during one of their discount days and got two simple cartilage piercings. Nothing fancy — though, technically, I believe they’re called auricle piercings? Anyway, there was a bit of a wait — which was understandable. The place was packed. Whenint was my turn and the lady (I’m not sure what her name is) sat me down on the couch, explained everything well, etc. But I felt like the procedure was rushed. I was sitting in the piercing chair and out the door within 5 minutes. I felt everything went fine... until I realized a few days later that one of the piercings was pierced crookedly. It was a big bummer! I was really excited about the piercings. I ended up taking the crooked one out eventually because, the fact is, I don’t want a crooked piercing. I’d give that visit 2 stars. But, a few months later, I thought to give Cry Baby Ink another chance. I went in — it wasn’t one of their busy discount days — and got a tragus piercing. The same lady who did my cartilage piercings did the tragus piercing. That all went perfectly. And the piercing isn’t crooked! So I’d give that visit 5 stars. Read Less

I got my nipples pierced here, the staff was very nice, everything was clean and sterile. When it came to doing the piercings themselves; the piercings were done even, and the lady was very nice. She doses a good job informing you about the after-care. Ten out of ten would recommend, and I will be going here again. Read Less
