Got my septum pierced by Tanner for $50 and he did an amazing job! Had to go a little slow, but only to keep it straight! Was very friendly and gave great directions on how to take care of it, too. Not sure about the other staff members as I have not gotten a tattoo here, but I will say Tanner is an awesome piercer and did an amazing job on my front helix! He was very clean, professional, and took the time to also talk to my friend who got six piercings in one sitting. I came in a week ago for a nasal septum piercing and the service was awesome, the place was impeccably clean, and reasonably priced. And they were so sweet to me! Thanks! I came in again yesterday because the ball of my nose ring came off and I lost it (because I was being dumb and messing with it) and they took the time to replace the ball for free! Tanner was diligent about having fresh gloves, sanitizing everything, and using new clamps from pre-packaged sterilized packages. Went in to have a tattoo re-touched. Rodney did the touch up for me and said that if I ever had problems with it not staying he would happily re-touch it again for free. He was nicer about it than the original artist who did the tattoo in KS for me. He was very nice, and professional. The facility seemed to be very clean and all the staff we came across were very polite and nice to us (my sister came along). He also got me right in I walked in and he got right to me. My sister liked them so much she plans to go back in a few weeks for several piercings she has wanted. I highly recommend this shop! Brightly lit, clean, friendly staff.  My husband and I went in for work and never experienced any of the problems described.  I watched my husband get his and vice versa with no problems.  They seem to have a tattoo artist to cover almost every type of tattoo you could want, from tribal to detail portraits to water colors.  Kjetil was our artist and we will definitely go back to him.  I watched the man who works the front be very patient to someone who was shopping and didn't know what she wanted.  All in all, very pleased. Here's the back story, I bid and won a $100 gift certificate at a run last year, I travel for a living and I have been out of the area until this week. I offered to get a bigger tattoo essentially 2x the value of the gift certificate. They said no, but definitely offered to "take my money" (-quote from Chad, the owner) for the work. Let me ask you this Chad, "Why would I give you my money, if you're not willing to honor the gift certificate that was just a one month expired?" I'll take my business and money elsewhere. To clarify, most business' will offer 6 months or 12 months for gift certificates. Furthermore, I called 6 days after it expired to see if we could make arrangements for its use in a timely manner upon my arrival in the Amarillo area. A couple of artists from the parlor responded to the criticism on Yelp, but this comes down to courtesy. Chad, if you treat people like their business matters; your business will flourish.
