Rude staff members. Bad artists. Don't go! I wish I could give it NO stars. Here's the back story, I bid and won a $100 gift certificate at a run last year, I travel for a living and I have been out of the area until this week. I offered to get a bigger tattoo essentially 2x the value of the gift certificate. They said no, but definitely offered to "take my money" (-quote from Chad, the owner) for the work. Furthermore, I called 6 days after it expired to see if we could make arrangements for its use in a timely manner upon my arrival in the Amarillo area. A couple of artists have responded to the criticism here, but this comes down to courtesy. Aston, calling me a "jackass" won't make this review go away. By the way, Tanner, maybe you didn't read where I travel for a living, so how about you treat people like their business matters, and your business will flourish. Don't, and watch your "services" dry up like the West Texas dirt! Read Less
