I went to Twiztid to get my daughters belly button pieced for her 16th birthday present. They were very professional and explained everything we needed to know about her after care for her new piercing. Unfortunately I'm not good with names. But the lady was great. I will use her in the future for more piercings that me or my friends will need. Also while we were there I decided to get a tatoo for myself. I showed them what I wanted and they drew it up for me I loved it. The owner did it for me he was awesome. Very light handed, didnt hurt at all. Well to start I love the heck out of Nicole and Twiztid.... Good people! Their shop is friendly, clean and professional. Twiztid has done several of my tattoos... he is a hoot makes you feel so comfortable very professional but also makes me laugh the whole time. I've never had any work done with Twiztid. But I did have about a 2 hour consult with him, and his wife was there in the shop as well. And even though I chose to go a different path with my work. The work that is being produced there is nothing short of amazing. I've known a lot of people to do business with them, and have yet to hear anything negative! They welcomed me, and took very precious time (as they are very busy people) and walked through a lot of different processes.... I feel even if I had chose to do my work there I would have been just as pleased and probably even more so. I absolutely love this place. I got my nose pierced a couple of years ago and she definitely made sure I was as comfortable as can be. Super great experience. Then when I had to take it out for my C-Section for my son about a year later it closed up. I got it redone a few months later and the experience was even better!!! Got my very first tattoo here at twizted and literally have zero complaints. The guys there where so welcoming and patient with me. Even though i wanted a simple tattoo, they worked hard to make sure it was the right size, font and everything. I didnt really care about the details when i went in, but they where quick to help me realize how big of a decision the little details where because its going to last a lifetime. I love Twizted Ink! I got my first tattoo on my 18th birthday for my mom and then a few months later I got my tongue pierced. They were nothing but professional and made me feel super comfortable. Before I got my first tat my grandmother had a ton of questions and they helped her with every question and made her comfortable with what I was about to do. Very rude shop. They do not give correct information to customers, we called numerous times to make sure we were not wasting our time to drive almost an hour to their shop. We called several time to make sure they would have time for us and when we arrived we were told "oh we are out of needles" the women I think her name was nikole was rude about it when we mentioned we had called several times. This is probably one of the worst shops I have ever dealt with. Myself and a friend went to get pierced, prior to doing so we called multiple times to make sure we didn't need an appointment. The guy said to come on in: when we arrive they tell us "oh sorry we just ran out of needles" How do you not tell a customer who called you five minutes before to ensure there was availability this?
