Walked in at 7:20pm to get a lobe piercing. The woman working was Nicole and she was very nice. Got me in fast, signed some paperwork and went straight to the back. The whole place is very clean and Nicole was so nice even though I was nervous. She has a very kind and outgoing personality. Highly recommend to all. Read Less

My tattoo was a simple design, but the tattoo seemed rushed. I was told it would take 30 mins but it took about 5. The lines weren't defined and the ink bled causing the text to look blurry. I guess I was just unlucky because all the work I've seen done at this place looks great. Read Less

Nicolle was such a wonderful woman. I could not have asked for a better person to do my first tattoo. She was sweet and made it easy to get lost in conversation. We talked about everything from God to more piercing. Which also led me to get my daith done in order to help with my migraines. I wish I could give this place either half a star or no stars. I had a simple paw print done from the woman, and I asked her how much touch ups would be. She told me do arrogantly, they're free but I wouldn't need one. Well my tattoo came out splotchy as hell. I've been trying for WEEKS just to get a simple touch up, and they keep telling me she's booked out and can't fit me in FOR A SIMPLE TOUCH UP. Nicole has put four tattoos on me so far. She always does a great job and her business provides great customer service. If ur tat needs a touch up, she's really nice about following up on that. Wow! My first impression of the shop, Clean. Very welcoming! I got tatted by Nicole. My appointment with her, I waited for almost two months. But, I can say it was worth the wait. One thing with me though, I don't walk into a tattoo shop with a photos or pictures from the book. I like mine custom and ideas the tattooer and myself. I like the fact that, talking to Nicole about her ideas, my ideas and having her run with it. My tattoo came out amazing! I will definitely be back to finish my other arm. This is a wonderful tattoo shop! Nicole is as professional as they come, and she is a businesswoman though and through. I've gotten several tattoos done by her, and she does amazing work exactly as I ask. She is very efficient, and very well priced. She is always busy so you will absolutely have to set up an appointment if you want a tattoo by her, but that just goes to show how much people in Abilene want to be tattooed by her. I've seen a lot of her work, and she is extremely proficient in a vast array of styles. For me, she has done all American Traditional, and she has done a fantastic job at it. I go to Nicole once a month.As far as the environment of the tattoo shop: Do not expect a foul mouthed tattoo shop with yelling at bad attitudes. Nicole is a devout Christian, and you will notice signs around her shop that ask you not to curse or take the lord's name in vein. While getting tattooed in here one time, a man came in cussing and she very kindly asked him to not use foul language in her shop. Now, I personally cuss like a sailor, but I am way more comfortable in her shop than most tattoo shops I have gone into. The whole shop is clean, wholesome, and extraordinarily welcoming. Always better to set up an appointment.  They do great tattoo work and amazing piercings. Got my tongue pierced here and it was almost painless. Very friendly staff. My tattoo was done by chris. Most people go to the shop for Nicole. Read Less

i have visited this place many times now. each time i was greeted warmly i had piercings done and that went very well when i had questions they were addressed on the spot. they never treated like my question was to minor. i would tell everyone who is looking to have some new tattoos done or get something pierced check them out first.
