I'd seriously give this place a zero if I could. It's a little whole in the wall tattoo shop. The tattoo artist who thinks way to highly of himself is a complete douchebag! He was rude sarcastic and made me and my girl friend feel like we weren't welcome. As far as the owner goes, she was quiet and had a smile on her face. But that Ronnie guy really needs to go if she wants to do much more business. Not only that but I saw his portfolio and he isn't even all that good to have that much of an attitude. My daughter is a little over 1 year old and I finally decided to get her ears pierced. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful place where the staff was extremely kind, professional and very understanding of my nerves about getting them done. Ronnie was seriously sarcastic but that is what also made the experience awesome for me!! He did great work for sure and would recommend him to anyone looking for any artwork. I went to this shop months ago and got a couple tattoos from a guy who was new I was the his first client and will be his last due to my Tattoo getting infected he went in too DEEP I noticed my arm was bleeding hella bad but just thought it was normal NO when I went back in to tell him he was making it seem like I wasnt cleaning it properly and so forth but alot of people seen how it was healing and said it was an open wound!!! This place is a fucking disaster, run by a master manipulator. Dirty, and the most unsanitary place in Tn. Please beware. No autoclave to sanitize instruments, bad piercings and a drug hub. At first glance, Zenful Art looks like your run of the mill strip mall tattoo shop-circa 1994.  No fancy studio space, no boutique in the front-just the lobby and a few spaces for the artists to work.  Do not let the lack of flash fool you. My experience at Zenful Art last night proves that sometimes the little guy is the best guy. For starters, the shop is scrupulously clean. It's obvious the moment you walk in that they're serious about keeping the place safe and sterile-and smelling amazing, which is a plus. The artists are friendly and committed to giving you the highest quality work. (There was a tattoo in progress when I was there-from what I saw, the woman in the chair was going to be a happy lady with a gorgeous tat!) However, the best thing about Zenful Art is the fact that they are top of the line when it comes to PIERCING. My mission last night was to get the nose stud I promised myself for my 35th birthday. I'd heard great things about Angie, the owner/piercer at Zenful Art-for a piercing on my face, I wanted the best. Angie did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in and told her what I wanted to the moment I walked out the door, she was an absolute pro. She would not put the needle to my skin until the spot was PERFECT. She was gentle during the piercing (hand to God, it didn't hurt) and the immediate after care. She explained how to care for my new piercing in detail, telling me to call if I had any issues, concerns...even after healing time when I was ready to change out the stud, because she will do that for free until I get the hang of changing them myself. Needless to say, I was completely satisfied with the experience. (My nose stud, by the way, is super cute!)Zenful Art IS slightly more expensive than other shops, it's true.
