This place is awesome! My new home for all my future tattoos and piercings. Jimmy is an incredible artist, I actually followed him from another shop because he does impeccable work. I won't let anyone else tattoo me from now on, there's no questions about it. Jimmys fiancé Christina is a genius when it comes to piercings too! I barely felt it go in when she pierced my daith last week! It was amazing! As far as the facility, it is clean, a bit dated, but exceptionally clean. Which is really all one can expect from a shop of artists of this caliber. The art is phenomenal, the people are amazing, if you're itching for some ink, I highly recommend Art Immortal

I got my latest tattoos here for my birthday presents. One was in honor of my doggy that recently passed away so it meant a lot to get it right. Another was on my finger which is a camera, they were very helpful in positioning it so it wouldn't fade, and they also touched up my wedding ring tattoo. Pretty painless, and I'm scared of needles, so they made me feel nice and relaxed. Their cream they sell for afterwards is magic too! I will for sure be back to get more there!

I just had my very first tattoo at this location. I am beyond satisfied with my tattoo and the atmosphere of the shop as well. Everything seemed state of the art and very sanitary, not to mention very reasonable prices. In my case it was only $60! I’m very impressed and will definitely be returning to Art Immortal again

Madison location not recommended. Received an awful tattoo from a guy who is no longer employed here. Months after I got the tattoo (which was beautiful at first), the color pulled out and I noticed uneven color and crooked lines. I went back a year later (after going through a pregnancy) and talked to the manager about a touch-up offer to see if it could be made better. He said it would have to be completely redone and I would have to pay the full price again. I understand it easn his work or his fault, but it was his employer and his location so it should've been done right. But that fine to me, since I'm sure I can find a much better shop to get my next one.

This place is awesome! My new home for all my future tattoos and piercings. Jimmy is an incredible artist, I actually followed him from another shop because he does impeccable work. I won't let anyone else tattoo me from now on, there's no questions about it. Jimmys fiancé Christina is a genius when it comes to piercings too! I got my latest tattoos here for my birthday presents. One was in honor of my doggy that recently passed away so it meant a lot to get it right. Another was on my finger which is a camera, they were very helpful in positioning it so it wouldn't fade, and they also touched up my wedding ring tattoo. Madison location not recommended. Received an awful tattoo from a guy who is no longer employed here. Months after I got the tattoo (which was beautiful at first), the color pulled out and I noticed uneven color and crooked lines.
