Very friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The staff are all so welcoming and make u feel like family. Especially Jacinda, I recommend her all the time because of all the complements i get from the tattoos she's done on me. My boyfriend and I got tattoos from Ms. Jacinda. This was my first tattoo and she made it more much bearable than I expected. My boyfriend's hulk tattoo seems really 3D like and he loves it. Both are healing as expected. Ms. Jacinda is funny and personable and her customer service skills are great. Jacinda was extremely nice and the work on her walls is beautiful. She was giving my mom her first tattoo and matching ones to my sister and I... who have many already. They are all in white ink. I already have a white ink tattoo that is just that - a white ink tattoo. I never had any problems with it, no bleeding and no other issues. My sister, Mom and I all bled way more than anyone with tattoos could imagine, and mine is a scar, with tattoo around it. It now looks like I've tried to slit my wrist and turned it into a tattoo... So this was my first tattoo and she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as soon as I sat in the chair I was Good! She also did an amazing job! Me my brother and sister got matching tattoos to honor our mother and memaw with our favorite colors. Had my cheeks pierced here and they put industrial bars in. There was absolutely no need for my cheeks to have 2 inch bars in them. I couldn't eat or talk because the bars literally were the whole length of the inside of my mouth. I had to go to another shop the next day and get my jewelry changed. My husband and I got tattoos done by Jacinda as a way to wrap up our honeymoon. I have to say we felt more than welcome when we walked through the door. Two rings for my husband and I done quickly, and a price that made it impossible to go anywhere else. The owner was the sweetest woman, as was her daughter and granddaughter that set the appointment up with us. The owner even worked out a color idea for my husband's ring tattoo that he's still stoked about, and it turned out beautiful. The shop is clean but not rigid, there's personality all in it! The posters and signs were hilarious and really let you relax knowing that the staff here are professional, but not cold. I had such an amazing experience here! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It was my first tattoo and I wanted it on my foot right above my heel.
