My wife and I visited One Drop during The Middle Tennessee Anime Convention,where they set up in a hotel room. I came from Chattanooga just because of the customer service from Aaron. He was quick to respond to me and super nice. And he helped me find an artist who suited my needs for my black and grey half sleeve built around a previous tattooed cross. Dee is the artist, and she deserves just as much credit. I could not be happier with my piece and am already planning on coming back to One Drop Ink and Dee to finish my sleeve. She totally is the best artist I have been too. These guys are SO GREAT! I highly recommend going to One Drop Ink. My friends and I went on a trip to Nashville and I Google searched the highest rated tattoo and piercing shop so I could get a nose piercing and the amount of reviews these guys had were much higher than other shops, so of course I had to go. Elisheba did our tattoos and they are phenomenal! We are from out of town and we spent hours looking through different artists pieces and creations and were absolutely drawn to her! Her artwork definitely speaks for itself! I was blown away by the time she took, the detail she put in, and the actual soul and emotion that she puts into all her pieces for her customers! I couldn't be more happy with my first tattoo! I went to Icon the same night hoping to schedule an appointment for later that week and it just seemed like they didn't want my business. They couldn't schedule anything because the artists didn't even know when they were gonna be there. And since they don't schedule appointments on the phone we had to drive there. But then when we did that, all they could do is give me a card of one of the artists and tell me to email him. Why! …Couldn't! You! Tell! Me! That! Over! The! Phone! Anyways, I left Icon really sour and since it was my first tattoo experience, I was really down. We got in the car and I started looking at other tattoo shops around. I saw One Drop Ink and it had 5 star rating. So I called about scheduling or even getting in that night, the guy on the phone was so nice. He basically told us that someone is there right now trying to book but if they don't, the slot is ours. He called us back in 2 mins and said the spot was ours tonight! Once we made it to One Drop Ink, I could tell I was in good hands. I loved the atmosphere and how easy everyone was to talk too and joke around with! All of the paintings on the wall were amazing and really let me know just how good of artists they have there. Elisheba ended up doing my tattoo and she was beyond amazing. Unique house/building and friendly staff. I was a first time walk in. Had to wait much longer than originally stated upon arrival, but it was 9:00 on Saturday evening, what do you expect?? The smoothie guy was very nice and gave out free smoothies to the 5 of us waiting. They're normally $8 I believe. Great special they had going on: $20 for most piercings I think? I'll be back! Went last night with my homie and I must say that I am completely satisfied with my work. The place was clean and the staff was very professional. The atmosphere was great, lots of laughter in the air, music blastin' and the vibe was right. I felt comfortable and connected with my artist T-bone which is a MUST.
