Scooby (piercer) was absolutely amazing with my daughter (4) who was determined to get her ears pierced. This was a much better choice than one of the untrained, unlicensed people at a mall kiosk or Icing. Super clean and super sanitary. Plus he talked with my daughter in such a kind and calming way. So glad I found this shop! Jeff and Scooby are always kind and helpful. I never call ahead but always feel welcome and never have to wait more than 10-15 minutes. Ive only gotten piercings and my jewelry changed out here but definitely interested in getting ink done at some point. Shop might be small but its clean! Definitely would recommend this shop. I got a tattoo here about six months ago. This was my 4th one (the previous 3 were done at another shop). It was simple and looked good the first month but after that it had faded quite about it. My tattoo artist said I could get free touch ups for a year, so I thought it wouldn't be a problem. But when I tried to make good on this promise and get a touchup on the weekend (I was willing to go at any time), I was told I could only go during the week. I'm not from Nashville so the chances of me being able to get it done again is slim to none. That part isn't their problem BUT I wish they would have told me this when I got it done. All of my other 3 tattoos are way over a year old and don't need touching up at all. I'm disappointed in the shoddy job (in the first place) and the unwillingness to make it right. Everytime I come to Archangel, the staff always treats me like extended family. I mainly get tattooed by Jeff, who is an incredible artist and always sends me on my way satisfied.
