I received my nose piercing here, & she did an amazing job😍😊👍. Very fast & quick & answered all of my questions. She also placed it in the perfect spot that I asked it to be! My healing did take 12 weeks, but it healed beautifully with salt water & tea tree oil. I am thinking of going back for my septum piercing. The atmosphere is nice, quiet & clean. I went on Yelp's website and bought $150 gift card for $100 to use for tattoo services at Rook x Raven Tattoo Creative. When I called about coming in to get some work done, the staff was super friendly and very professional. I came in on a Sunday discussed with the artist what I was wanting and where I wanted it, she was able to take my idea just from what I told her and she turned it into an even better design than I had visioned it being. She was also very friendly and informative, answering all the questions I asked and carrying on a conversation with me even while working on my piece at the same time. I had been into this place once before and talked to an artist and looked at some of their books. I was pleased with what I saw. Today I went in having some ideas but not being certain. After talking my ideas over with an artist we came up with a pretty cool concept and set an appointment. I also got a small tattoo done today by Reggie, and I'm very satisfied. Didn't plan this tattoo at all! I love the look of tattoos but can't deal with the pain! I have 2 tattoos already and both were done by 2 different people. My last tattoo was so horrible and painful I promise myself I would only do a cover up, but couldn't build up the courage. I wanted to surprise my husband with a tattoo. Still not sure I could do it, I googled a tattoo place near me with GREAT reviews and they gave me The Rook x Raven Tattoo! I was scared and couldn't convince myself but from the time I walked in the door and out the door everyone was really nice and helped me get through my tattoo! Reggie (and the rest of the staff I met) is awesome. I had tried, repeatedly, getting in with ANYONE at Inked and no one would return my calls or even let me make an appointment without coming in and paying an advance deposit THE DAY BEFORE. Finally, I decided to just go to the closest place and that was Rook x Raven. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. I had two tattoos done and another one "repaired" a bit (all script/word tats), all by Reggie. He took his time ensuring that the designs were exactly as I wanted them (even though that involved re-doing one of the stencils multiple times). He never seemed the least bit annoyed or impatient. I have several other (pricey) tattoos from places like NY Ink and Saigon Ink, but this was the most pleasant experience I've had getting a tattoo. Highly recommend anyone getting their first Ink to consider Reggie because he won't make you feel intimidated and he does good work. Had my belly button pierced here tonight. The piercist (Raven) was very clean, fast, and professional, as was the service. I was in and out in 10 minutes (that's including the paperwork I had to fill out when I first walked in the door). My piercing looks great! Raven is definately an artist who takes pride in her work.
