From the moment you walk into the door you are greeted. The customer service doesn’t end there either it continues throughout the whole process. The tattoo artist Toby took his time to listen and exchange ideas. I felt like he listened and I did not feel rushed. Everything went smooth and I was more than satisfied with my tattoo. Best experience I had in a tattoo shop and I will definitely be going back.

Went in for tragus jewelry & came out with a new piercing. Very chill atmosphere. Booth was clean & well organized. Plus he was super knowledgeable. Definitely will be back.

Got my belly button pierced on Memorial Day. 2016. Everything was good, the guy was cool and informative about it; even though it was my third belly button piercing just at other shops the other two times. Highly recommend! Good work Douglas!

Not too impressed about the customer service at this location. I came for a nostril piercing. The piercer wasn't informative at all. I was given papers to sign by the girl at the desk then seated with...
Not too impressed about the customer service at this location. I came for a nostril piercing. The piercer wasn't informative at all. I was given papers to sign by the girl at the desk then seated with the piercer(who was being shadowed by another piercer). Which freaked me out because it made me question if he knew what he was doing. After my nose was pierced I walked out the shop and remembered that they didn't give me after care instructions. Being that it was my first nostril piercing, I went back in the shop and ASKED for after care instructions. I thought it was VERY careless and unprofessional of them to leave that out. I got the piercing in April, it's now June and I have a small bump on my nose. My doctor said it was a granuloma and to remove the piercing. Needless to say $40 of my money went down the drain. I wouldn't recommend them to a person whose getting a first time piercing, is concerned about after care and is stickler about professionalism

From the moment you walk into the door you are greeted. The customer service doesn’t end there either it continues throughout the whole process. The tattoo artist Toby took his time to listen and exchange ideas. I felt like he listened and I did not feel rushed. Everything went smooth and I was more than satisfied with my tattoo. Best experience I had in a tattoo shop and I will definitely be going back.
