The Hispanic looking guy at the front was extremely rude. I asked him how much a piercing was and he said $20, I then asked him how long it would take and he sarcastically asked what with a very rude tone so I sarcastically replied the piercing and dude literally jumped at me in his seat. Like why are you so angry and you're sitting down all day? I just asked a simple question. Customer service sucks these days he proceeded to yell at me and told me to get out using all type of profanity. I felt very disrespected but I'm glad I didn't spend my money there!

Angel is straight to the point and very fast at piercings! What other place only charges $20 for all piercings? Imperial Designs does!! I highly recommend them!

I took my little cousin to this place to get her cartilage piercing done. She's never been in a tattoo shop nor has she ever had a professional piercing. Her and my aunt wanted me to make sure she was comfortable and make sure that she got what she wanted. Another cousin of mine suggested that I go see Angel at this place. Took my cousin in there and explained to him what she wanted and what her problem was. Angel was so rude and disrespectful. But I continued to be pleasant ...and talk to him. He in so many words very rudely told me to STFU. He said I was annoying him by speaking for my little cousin. Which, by the way was the entire reason I was with her. I have never been so disrespected by someone I'm spending my money with. By someone I'm bringing my business to. His customer service is horrible. She had to ask him how to care for her new piercing. He wsnt even going to give her any care instructions. No print out. Nothing. Then he just walked out the room and left us there. I don't know who he thinks he is or who he thinks I am but in a different situation this scenario could have and would have went very differently� आणखी पहा

I got my nipples pierced and my genital area (the Christina) my nipples piercing is fine although my Christina piercings was horrible the bar he pierced with was to small i went back to get fixed of course more pain and the guy was rude! This was 2 months ago and now my Christina piercing done came through the skin and fell out never again

Angel is quite rude. The wait was ridiculous and I'm still not sure why. He didn't give proper after care instructions and I'm pretty sure A&D ointment doesn't go on your tongue🤔😡. First and last time for me. Gotta educate yourself on piercings before going to shops too I see. Lesson learned. P. S I had my tongue pierced three times before, so I know.
