As a loyal client of True Blue Electric Tattoo I must say that this shop is a spectacular institution. The owner of the business, Troy is very friendly and quite the conversationalist. Another one of this shop's fine artists, Maya has tattooed me around twenty times or so and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. Best shop in Knoxville, hands down.
