They do not use the PicoSure machine as their website promotes. When I asked them about that machine during my last visit, she told me that they don't use it anymore, the one they use is much better....
They do not use the PicoSure machine as their website promotes. When I asked them about that machine during my last visit, she told me that they don't use it anymore, the one they use is much better. Then said, "Trust me. We just haven't updated our website in a while. " That has now been over a year that they have not updated it. I was never told about this machine not being used and never would have found out if I didn't realize it on my own. I did some research on these machines after getting pictures of the settings she was putting me on and discovered I was purposely being put on settings that would get them slower results on my tattoo and more visits and money for them. Extremely unhappy and will never return.

Ive paid all of my savings for something that I was promised and guaranteed would be gone in 36 weeks. Its been over a year, and I haven't even seen 50% reduction. I like dealing with the people there...
Ive paid all of my savings for something that I was promised and guaranteed would be gone in 36 weeks. Its been over a year, and I haven't even seen 50% reduction. I like dealing with the people there, but I was lied to. I wouldn't have paid for this if I knew it would take this long. If it weren't for that, I would rate 5 stars, no doubt.

I've only had one treatment done so far and I'm already seeing amazing results! I was extremely scared when I went in for my first treatment, but Lauren really put me (and my nerves) at ease with the entire process and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I am really looking forward to my future treatments and saying "Bye Bye" to my ink!

I've only had one treatment done so far and I'm already seeing amazing results! I was extremely scared when I went in for my first treatment, but Lauren really put me (and my nerves) at ease with the entire process and made me feel comfortable the entire time.
