Really relaxing environment with a great group of artists working. Came in to get my 6 year old daughter's ears pierced and we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Last fall, Jennifer Anglin recommended Knucklehead at Endless Kreations to my friend after getting several tattoos from him. My friend and I first gave Knucklead a try in January 2017. I was so pleased with his work, the shop's cleanliness, and overall vibe that I've returned for a total of 4 tattoos this year (and the friend has gotten two tattoos from him). This is the absolute best shop I've ever stepped foot in because of the way I felt taken care of while I was there. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with smiling faces and laughter. As I approached the front desk I was greeted by the piercer there and we began to discuss the ideas I had for my next piercing. After I got my new septum piercing I was told in depth how to take care of it properly and if I had any questions I could come up there or call to get the answer I needed. The shop was clean all around, even the restroom smelt nice, which is a plus! I feel like the staff really cares about the ideas you have for piercings and tattoos because they love seeing happy customers. This, by far, will be the only shop I will go to in Tennessee because of the amount of dedication they put into their business. This place was awful. Worst customer service I have ever seen. Just wanted to get my girlfriends belly button pierced and they kept us waiting way too long. The atmosphere was very unproffessional and uninviting. Nobody even offered to help us and the staff was vulgar innapropriate and rude. I tried asking for help but the fat redneck behind the counter just kept yelling over me and never answered my question. We tried making an appointment because the one piercer there was busy but they didnt even offer any times available to make one. First off, a very unprofessional group that did not make you feel immediately welcome when you come in the door. I had to greet them first to get their attention and I felt like I was bothering them. Also they could not care less about your time. They left me waiting over an hour 4 different times and 3 were scheduled appointments. Was promised an experienced professional to do a portrait of the American flag. I stressed the fact that I did not want a cartoon look. The first try was unidentifiable as a flag and the second try was a good cover up of the first but it ended up looking like the cartoon I didn't want ,but had to settle for. Read Less
