I’ve gotten two tattoos from here & loved it. My tattoo artist was very professional & everything was super clean & my experiences were 5 star. But that was over a year ago. I’m not the type of person to be like this but after my experience tonight I made a Facebook because people should know how immature and unprofessional the tattoo artist Will Wood was to my boyfriend and my boyfriend’s mom. In Mr. Will’s defense I had met him a few weeks ago when I went with my best friend to make her tattoo appointment & he was very helpful & we had talked & he said he’d been working at Cardinal since it opened so I understand the loyalty & father figure presence of protecting where you work, but it is unacceptable to cuss out clients & then to scream across the entire tattoo shop to just leave & then to run out after we had left to scream in front of people enjoying their night on the square to come back & fight him. People cuss me out on a weekly basis at my job but do I cuss them back? No. Because it’s not professional & what good does reacting negatively to someone else’s negativity do for anyone? My boyfriend & my boyfriend’s mom aren’t in the clear either because they retaliated to Mr. Will negatively so trust me this isn’t a choosing sides thing because they’re my family, everyone is in the wrong here. But you shouldn’t treat people like that. I’m not trying to talk down on anyone or ruin anyone’s career because I’m sure no one will even see this but for the people that do, know what you’re getting into. I’m sure Mr. Will does great work & this isn’t to degrade Cardinal Tattoo or the other artists, but the integrity of a man.

I don’t care who says what about this place, out of all the places I’ve been to get pierced and tattooed, this place absolutely smashes the game. They pretty much know me by now because I’ve come in so much. They’re all extremely professional and well mannered, their work is fantastic. Will is very reasonable with his pricing and scheduling, not to mention his work is phenomenal. Karen does beautiful watercolor works. Everyone does amazing pieces, and they’re all so friendly. I feel just like family when I come in. They also make it a fun atmosphere with all the banter and joking. I will never go anywhere else again, and I drive an hour just to come here. It’s the best in my opinion.

THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Karen and Tasha have done all but 1 of my 5 tattoos and all of my pericings have been done here. I won't spend my $ elsewhere.

My experience was AWFUL! It was a last minute decision to go & our friends came with us & they had to bring their 2 kids, but thank God they came. The guy that WAS going to do my tattoo (Tricky Ricky Smith) was very rude. He smelled like straight alcohol. He was laughing at our friends 2 year old little girl bc he couldn't understand her talking. After the 2 year old kept saying leave me alomg numerous times he kept on & was trying to teach her the words MEAT BUCKET & STANK BOX bc thats what he was calling some woman. What kind of business is this?? Its a freakin joke. Needless to say we left with a few words said.

After my mom passed I wanted to get a tattoo for her. I worked with Karen. She did an amazing job on mine and my daughters tattoo. I get compliments all the time. The saturation is perfect clean lines great shading. And it's not raised like others I've had done. I found an artist to return to for more ink work. Thanks Karen

I’ve gotten two tattoos from here & loved it. My tattoo artist was very professional & everything was super clean & my experiences were 5 star. But that was over a year ago. I’m not the type of person to be like this but after my experience tonight I made a Facebook because people should know how immature and unprofessional the tattoo artist Will Wood was to my boyfriend and my boyfriend’s mom. In Mr. Will’s defense I had met him a few weeks ago when I went with my best friend to make her tattoo appointment & he was very helpful & we had talked & he said he’d been working at Cardinal since it opened so I understand the loyalty & father figure presence of protecting where you work, but it is unacceptable to cuss out clients & then to scream across the entire tattoo shop to just leave & then to run out after we had left to scream in front of people enjoying their night on the square to come back & fight him. People cuss me out on a weekly basis at my job but do I cuss them back? No. Because it’s not professional & what good does reacting negatively to someone else’s negativity do for anyone? My boyfriend & my boyfriend’s mom aren’t in the clear either because they retaliated to Mr. Will negatively so trust me this isn’t a choosing sides thing because they’re my family, everyone is in the wrong here. But you shouldn’t treat people like that. I’m not trying to talk down on anyone or ruin anyone’s career because I’m sure no one will even see this but for the people that do, know what you’re getting into. I don’t care who says what about this place, out of all the places I’ve been to get pierced and tattooed, this place absolutely smashes the game. They pretty much know me by now because I’ve come in so much. They’re all extremely professional and well mannered, their work is fantastic. Will is very reasonable with his pricing and scheduling, not to mention his work is phenomenal. Karen does beautiful watercolor works. Everyone does amazing pieces, and they’re all so friendly. I feel just like family when I come in. They also make it a fun atmosphere with all the banter and joking. I will never go anywhere else again, and I drive an hour just to come here. It’s the best in my opinion.

The saturation is perfect clean lines great shading. And it's not raised like others I've had done. I found an artist to return to for more ink work. Thanks Karen
