i got a tatttoo a year or so ago for a present i brought in exact font of how i wanted it all it says was to infinity. it was a present from my brother who has and beyond. he was so uoset bc our tattooos came out looking nothing like we expect. basic font not the pretty cursive we asked for and every tattoo artist says we got ripped off bc i payed 60 dollars for the smallest tattoo. I took my daughter into the shop to buy jewelry for her triple helix, that's it, just purchase earrings. When we walked in, one guy wearing earphones asked if he could help, I told him what I needed, then he told me to wait and there would be someone else to help me. He put his earphones back in and went into another room. Then, a second guy comes over, asks if he can help, again...we told him what we needed. The first guy says (from another room) that he already told us some...one else would be in to help in a bit. The second guy shrugs, says ok and walks out to smoke (with the guy who I'm assuming was supposed to help us). They were standing in front of the shop cussing, acting very unprofessional and obnoxious. After about another 15-20 minutes of waiting, the guy who had been outside smoking comes in, and goes into another room and doesn't even offer help. I then, in the middle of the store, called another shop and asked if they would help us. They said they could, and we left. We received excellent service at the other place, but I was very disappointed in Sick Boys. They definitely lost my business and we won't go back.
