The owners have always been present, and make sure everything runs smoothly. My mom and I came in today for her first tattoo. My second. We got a design that they created for us, after we told them what we wanted. Cody was our tattoo artist. He was FANTASTIC! Everyone there is so nice and super friendly. Cody was such a delight. He talked to us the whole time, told us about some of his tattoos and was just so relaxed and easy going, it made it super easy for us to get ours, without any anxiety at all. I am beyond satisfied. Epic communication before, during and after. Nick Bruno was our artist. My husband and brother both got Rick and Morty tattoos which have amazing color and flawless line. I walked in with a small image of a dinosaur. I expected to have a medium sized triceratops put on my neck. Bruno let me know it’s significantly more expensive to have work done on my neck. So I told him I would like it on my chest. Once I got into the chair, after my hub and brother went, Bruno placed an epic stencil with way more than I ever expected within our budget. The lines are flawless and the color is so radiant. I'm blown away at how much Bruno did, allowing his creativity to shine as bright as the perfect bole colors he worked with. I've gotten many tattoos by other artists in other shops. Hands down this is the cleanest, most comfortable and convenient shop I've had the pleasure of being in. Lastly, Bruno worked wonders within my budget. The artists and level of professionalism as well as skill set the multiple artists possess have made it my 100% only go to place for my entire family and all of our tattoo and piercing needs. Had Dreamer do a tribute tat for my mom. He drew it just liked i wanted & made sure it turned out just right!! And he redid one I already had & didn't charge me a arm & leg. I came here today for a spur of the moment tattoo. I got to work with Dreamer, and he was absolutely wonderful! He was such a pleasure to work with, he listened to what I wanted, and he made me feel at home. Next time I'm looking to get a tattoo, I'll definitely be coming to him. Been going to Rony since before Brightmoor 1.0 and had the pleasure of being the first customer at Brightmoor 2.0 and my husband was the last at Brightmoor 1.0. Love the upgrade Arnita and Matt.
