Great tattoo work, at first. They are single color tats, simple. They faded and look AWFUL. NEW management and artists are going to fix this, since at the time, they had a few not awesome tattooers. I thought it was AWESOME for management to reach out for a solution. Thank goodness! A little dirty as far as floors, surfaces and windows. I was a little put off by the not spotless environment. This shop is a gem in Clarksville. Roly tattooed the most lifelike and original portrait of my cat and it looks just like her. People stop me on the street and ask me about it all the time. Marshal pierced a triple forward helix in my left ear and he was patient with me when I got nervous about the piercing, which happened more than once. My daughter and I walked in for matching ink after being shuffled around and basically sent away at another local tattoo shop. Luis and Cody were both incredibly helpful and professional and got us started right away. I've been tattooed in several states by several artists, some of them close friends, and I have to say, I've never been treated so kindly by a tattoo artist before. I was there with my friend to get belly button rings few days ago. I do not know how many piercers they have over there, but mine, Marshal was Amazing! The shop was so clean and looked nice with all the beautiful pictures on the walls, and when we went in to a room in the back, the first thing he did was washing his hands, and he wore gloves and started wiping the chair before I sat. And changed his gloves and showed us that the needles and other stuff are SEALED and never been used before. And after I got mine done, he did another round before my friend sat on the chair. I have got mine done very long ago and unfortunately got a scar from it. But even thought I got the scar tissue, he did an amazing job on me. And plus, when I called the shop to ask question about mine, it seemed like he was not there. But they helped me to get a hold of him and he said he will be there at the shop so whenever I can just go ahead and stop by, and he really was there at the shop for us. I went in with a friend to get belly rings. We were handled carefully and comfortably, and everything was clean, new, and unwrapped right in front of us. Went back in to get ring changed, and once again, was handled with the upmost care. Great service!! Definitely going back again! Read Less

I got my first tattoo by Cody at the end of May. I was very impressed with his work and with him being a new artist. I got two roses on my shoulder, during the process my outline went away some so Cody had to free hand a little bit of it, it turned out perfect He was very friendly and keeping a conversation with me the whole time. I felt very comfortable in the shop, all the other workers are friendly as well. I just got my roses touched up two days ago, bc we did my color very lightly incase the ink wouldn't take well to my skin. I love the end result. My next step is adding water color to my roses! I will be happy to even change it to a 5 if when we return our experience is as pleasant as our first visit. Original review: I'm quite disappointed by the way we were treated due to voicing a disappointment to this business. I don't know if it's the owner or an employee running their FB but their tact and customer service is very lacking. I myself manage a business and would never respond with insults to a complaint made on me or my company. If you don't want feedback or don't know how to respond to negativity you should remove the comment section of your FB page. Amazing place! I had Roly doing my work. Everyone there is professional and courteous. The studio doesn't feel like a regular tattoo studio. It's very warm and inviting. Don't freak out about the cost per hour because anyone who does work for you at this place is well worth the money!
