My female friends went to get nipple piercings about 2 months ago. The guys there were very nice, professional and answered all their questions. But La La was very very rude and short with them. Everything about her was unwelcoming, and her attitude was so nasty that only one of them were pierced that day. A few weeks later some other friends and I went back. I was hoping they wouldn't encounter her and have the same rude experience my other friends had weeks before. We went in to ask about the daith piercing. We walked in and La La was sitting there. We stood there a few minutes before she even acknowledge that we were standing there. And when she did, she never looked up from her phone. While she was half ass answering our questions she was rude and showed so much attitude like she hate her job or being there. One of my friends finally said, lets find some where else to go because I refuse to give her my money and her attitude is that nasty.. Neither one of us will ever be back. Her attitude is HORRIBLE. I think she either hate her job or she hates females. She should never be at the front, you all should always make sure one of the guys are at the front, otherwise you all will lose some good customers. There's no telling how many you've already lose. I got a tragus piercing in FL 5 days ago and the diamond came undone. So I googled piercing near me and found Evermore. Miguel screwed the diamond back on my bar in seconds with ease. The cost was $5 (not bad), and the service was A1; I was seen immediately around 1pm. He even went over aftercare with me, and I found out that I was most likely the cause of my issue because of how I was cleaning it (duh me, right?). Friendly guys, prompt service...I'll be back when it's time to change it and I'll probably get a touch up on an old tattoo that I hate in the future. I had gotten a tattoo at another shop and was very unhappy with the results. After talking with Skip, he said he could touch up and enhance the tattoo. It looks absolutely amazing and was exactly what I wanted! He did a great job and I am beyond happy with the results. He was professional, patient and took the time to get the design exactly like I wanted. LaLa has also done two piercings for me and they healed perfectly and look great! I would recommend Evermore for anyone wanting tats or piercings....their artists do amazing work and they're the best in Chattanooga. I get absolutely all my work done there. Shane is the one that does my tattoos and always does a phenomenal job. He always goes the extra mile to make sure that my tattoo is exactly what i want. I have had numerous piercings done by Lala and they have all turned out perfect. Piercings hurt, there is no way around that but she is always quick and makes sure that you are as comfortable as possible during the piercing. Everyone in Evermore is very kind and welcoming and they have all adopted very clean practices i have never had a single problem with any work that i have had done there. I just moved to the Chattanooga area and have been looking for a clean shop to finish my sleeve, and I discovered Evermore Galleries. Not only were they cleaner than the other shops I have been in, but the staff was incredibly friendly. The first time I came in, there was two girls in there who were really sweet, and one of them was an the artist who I scheduled to get a cover-up. Evermore is awesome! Very clean facilities, professional and friendly service! Evermore is ran like a business should be ran. LaLa did my nose piercing and did great! She totally prepared me for what to expect and talked me through it.I've actually had to have a few surgeries since the original piercing and she always removes and replaces my piercings for me before and after surgery. I am so comfortable here that I've referred several friends and have even brought our daughter here for all of her piercings. My husband has his tattoo work done by Shane and I find myself sitting in the lobby waiting on him and have personally seen that the customers are treated great upon entering the building and have also listened to LaLa on the phone with customers and she's very friendly and professional! I went to get my belly button pierced and when we walked in the receptionist didn't even try to speak to use or ask us what we needed. Then the piercer came out and was just as rude! She didn't talk to us and there was a lot of eye rolling from both women. She pierced my belly button and didn't say anything after so I just left. I have no idea how to clean it etc. The only thing I know is how much it cost because that's all either one said was my total. I'll never go back there. Read Less

First of all, this place was immaculate. It was classy, not like I was in the back room of a dingy Vegas tattoo bar. The artist (Sino) worked with me to draw out exactly what I wanted, answered all my questions, and didn't treat me like I didn't belong because I didn't come in already pierced and tattooed. He took his time to make sure it was done perfectly, even though I came in a little late in the evening. I would recommend Evermore to anyone looking to experience the real ART of tattooing.
