I had a really good weekend getting tattooed by Cory. He's an extremely talented artist. One of the things that stuck out was how sterile he was with everything. I had my tattoo done in September, and it was beyond spectacular. I asked Cory to draw up a Narnia/Hogwarts theme that I wanted for a half-sleeve, beginning with a rose on my hand. I knew beforehand what he was capable of, and had been following his work for a while. When I met for a consult and conveyed what I wanted, I was more than happy with the attention to detail with what was produced. When I came in for the session I wasn't entirely sure what to expect as it was only my second tattoo, but was welcomed with a comforting and warm presence by both Cory and Tawni. They even put Classical music on for me, which is saying something. ;) The session was long, hard and painful but oh so worth it! Red Arbor and Tawni immediately put me at ease with the specialty spa like atmosphere and her gental approach. I was educated about my tattoo (I had my eyebrows done) and what to expect within the next few weeks and beyond. During the process I was told exactly what she was doing beforehand so there were no suprise hands and fingers in my face. We checked our progress regularly so I would be content with the final shape... which I am thrilled with! My super ashy brown hair color makes it difficult to match colors but the custom color that was used on my brows was mixed specifically for me and is spot on.
