I was coming to have a commune souvenir with my mom and my best friend for our first trip together out from France . We tattooed the 5th of July, the tattoo artist was really available and accommodating , all that by messenger. Really useful ! The shop was really clean, and welcoming. All the staff was nice and our tattoo artist was so cool ! A lot of humor but so much seriousness. I stopped in on July 8th to see about getting a cover up done. Marc met me at the door and was super awesome right away! He was patient with me as I had no starting point and gave me tons of information on what would work to cover up what I had. I'll share my before and after in the comments. I'll have to get some more shading done to cover up the original a little better, but I love it! I've gotten so many compliments already. I recently posted a review of my experience with Premier Tattoo on Facebook. Their response to my review was extremely untrue, demeaning, and a defamation of character. They went as far as to say that I was high on drugs. I am responsible individual and only posted the review to keep other unsuspecting people from facing the same ordeal I went through. Right from the beginning the guy said I was being difficult because I asked advice on size and placement. They are the artists, the experts, so I wanted his opinion and he refused. He decided to tattoo my sister first (we were supposed to get matching tattoos). 15 min into the tattoo he stated that he was going to improvise. I didn't look at he tattoo until he said he was done and I barely talked except to my sister because every time I opened my mouth the guy said I was being rude or difficult or has no since of humor. So I just didn't talk to him at him or about him at all. Cut to her tattoo being done (40 mins tattooing time max). Her tattoo looks nothing like the picture. It's cartoonish, it's not fully outlined, it's missing blocks of color, it's disproportionate. I say nothing. I sit down. They asked me what? So I tell them I don't like it. The nose isn't defined the ears are to big the eye looks wrong I don't like the colors. My sister asked him if he could make mine more like the picture. He said yes and he leaves the room for several minutes. When he comes back it's obvious that I'm uncomfortable they ask what? Again so I repeated what I said and he said didn't you hear what I just said! He was upset. I was more uncomfortable. I backed myself into a corner. I felt trapped. This repeats. He tells us to leave. In regards to his comment of my "being high on a 3 drug cocktail"... you CANNOT publicly post someone is high on drugs. My friends, family, coworkers could see this. This is defamation of character. My sister was talking about the medicine I gave her working. And I said it's the perfect combination. I never said I was high. And I wasn't high. And neither was my sister. We took a diet pill, a migraine pill, and an aleve. And I told him that. Nothing in those make you high. And they have no right to accuse me of being on drugs and high because they cannot accept that they were unable to do what a real tattoo artist could do. They immediately blocked their page after that before I could defend myself. He knew the tattoo was out of his abilities. He placed a permanent tattoo on a person knowing that it wouldn't be right. My sister immediately told me after we left that she was going to have it fixed when it heals. So sorry to burst your bubble premier tattoo, but if she feels the tattoo needs to be fixed then she didn't like it. I cannot fit the whole Facebook review bc I'm out of space. This place kicked me out for being "to picky" ...(see FB review) Them: Jennifer your sister was very happy with her tattoo. However during her entire session of getting her tattoo you were criticizing our artist for one thing or another. It was at our artists discretion to decide not to tattoo you because you made it clear that nothing he could put on you would make you happy at that time. In fact, we didn't even charge your sister for her tattoo because you were showing off so badly about a tattoo that wasn't even on your body! We have NEVER had a negative review, in fact our customers praise us for our customer service and friendly environment. We are glad you found a place to meet your needs! Me: Actually... I got a tattoo here yesterday before I left Myrtle Beach. This place is great! I chose it based on reviews and they had the best! I got a simple black wave on my arm and John did great. I cannot praise this place enough!  My Mom and I was at the beach the weekend of Sept 24 (the 9th anniversary of me losing my baby brother, and my mom losing her 24 year old youngest son to a tragic car accident. On spur of the moment, we decided we wanted to get us a tattoo of my late brothers "no worries" Chinese symbol. I called the studio around 5, emailed them my brother's tattoo, and was in studio by 7:15 getting our first tattooes above our ankles.
