I went here this weekend and James was awesome. I got my philtrum done and he made the process super easy. He was quick and efficient, and had a great personality. Walked me through exactly what to expect and the best way to take care of my new piercing. This place was super clean and had tons of jewelry to pick from. Also, I've been to the dr. Ink next door and had just as awesome of an experience. Definitely check them out if you're in town.

Terrible attitude. Terrible organizational skills. Waited for upwards of 5 hours for my friends two piercings after being told two separate times that we shouldn't be more than 2 hours. The staff attitude was horrible. I get that they were busy running a sale. But I saw people come in and out in under an hour. The piercers did a great job! But the other staff was just horrible.

I went here on vacation to get my industrial done. Brandon did mine. He was nice and talked to me during the whole process! It went by very quick and I barely noticed anything was even happening! The studio was well decorated, very clean and the entire staff was nice and welcoming! Brandon wore gloves and disposed properly of the needles used on my ear. I would recommend this place whole heartedly! Will definitely go back for another piercing the next time I'm on vacation! Pic in the comments!

Super hilarious and worked quickly to get me through my 5 piercings without much pain and lots of laughs!

I got my septum pierced yesterday and I was a little nervous. But the guy, Brandon, made me feel very comfortable && he was funny. The piercing barely even hurt. I think it was my least painful one. I also appreciate the fact that he didn't let me get a certain piercing done because he knew it wasn't going to be good for my teeth. Instead of being about money, he cared more about my health and the longevity of my piercing. This place is great. Will be back after I figure out something else to pierce lol.

He also spent extra time making sure my piercings were even and suited me, and took extra time going through different jewelry options with me. Go here!

I went here this weekend and James was awesome. I got my philtrum done and he made the process super easy. He was quick and efficient, and had a great personality. Walked me through exactly what to expect and the best way to take care of my new piercing. This place was super clean and had tons of jewelry to pick from. Also, I've been to the dr. Ink next door and had just as awesome of an experience. Definitely check them out if you're in town.

Terrible attitude. Terrible organizational skills. Waited for upwards of 5 hours for my friends two piercings after being told two separate times that we shouldn't be more than 2 hours. The staff attitude was horrible. I get that they were busy running a sale. But I saw people come in and out in under an hour. The piercers did a great job! But the other staff was just horrible.

I went here on vacation to get my industrial done. Brandon did mine. He was nice and talked to me during the whole process! It went by very quick and I barely noticed anything was even happening! The studio was well decorated, very clean and the entire staff was nice and welcoming! Brandon wore gloves and disposed properly of the needles used on my ear. I would recommend this place whole heartedly! Will definitely go back for another piercing the next time I'm on vacation! Pic in the comments!

I got my septum pierced yesterday and I was a little nervous. But the guy, Brandon, made me feel very comfortable && he was funny. The piercing barely even hurt. I think it was my least painful one. I also appreciate the fact that he didn't let me get a certain piercing done because he knew it wasn't going to be good for my teeth. Instead of being about money, he cared more about my health and the longevity of my piercing. This place is great. Will be back after I figure out something else to pierce lol.
