Terrible piercers. I came in while there were 2 girls, the piercers, eating at the register with one other girl at the entrance folding shirts. I was greeted by all 3 and did the paperwork and paid. It was only after going into the room that I realized I should not have come to get pierced here, but there are no returns and there was no way I could back out now as I would not get my money back. It apparently took the two of them to pierce me because the supposed piercer had never done a simple body piercing, and the two girls played loud inappropriate music in the room that made me feel uncomfortable. To top it off, both girls were not sanitary, and I never saw either of them wash their hands before touching everything and they were eating fast food beforehand. The smaller piercer also reeked of cigarettes, and I KNOW that it is EXTREMELY unprofessional, unsafe, and unsanitary to pierce after smoking. It was clear that she had just finished smoking before I had entered by the way she smelled. Even in general, I work with people who smoke but they keep clean afterwards, she did not and it was just terrible. I don't want someone to come handle sharp needles immediately after smoking. I did not even get an aftercare sheet from them and had to ask the other worker at the front for one. I suggest for anyone to please get pierced anywhere else. Read Less

I went in to see about getting my upper ear pierced. It wasn't until after I signed the paperwork and they ran my credit card that I was told the piercer wasn't there. I would have thought that would be the first thing they'd mention to someone coming in for a piercing. They said he'd made a quick run the the bank (on a Sunday, really?) but that he'd be back soon. I figured "back soon" meant maybe fifteen minutes or so. 45 minutes later still nothing. So I told the two girls there that this was ridiculous and that if I'd known he wasn't even there when I came in I would have come back another time. At that point I just wanted to cancel my transaction and go, but the girl said she had no way to reverse a credit card transaction, and that she couldn't just give me cash back for what she charged me. She offered me a git certificate to come back some other time and I said absolutely not. I asked if there was a manager and lo and behold, the same guy I'd now be waiting over an hour for was also the MIA manager. Finally he comes walking in the door, gives me no acknowledgement, and just asks if I'm ready. No one apologized for the wait, no one offered any decent explanation as to why he was gone so long. So I went ahead with the piercing since I clearly wasn't going to get the transaction cancelled, but everyone seemed to think that I was the big inconvenience to them just because I had a legitimate reason to be frustrated and put out. He shoved the needle through my ear like it was some kind of payback. And if I hadn't asked I would have gotten no after-care instruction. Usually there's some sort of paperwork detailing how to take care of a new piercing to make sure it doesn't get infected. Nothing. Just told me to not touch it for three or four months. I wouldn't have even known how to take the gauge out eventually if I hadn't asked because how would I have know you have to twist if from both ends in different directions when the time came? I called two hours ahead of time, asking for dermal tops. The woman who answered the phone said they sold them, so I went I have half hour out of my way to go get these dermal tops, with much excitement, only to arrive here, to have them tell me that they not only do not sell them, but they would not even sell me the tops, period, from the piercing stud ones. The fact that someone told me over the phone that they had a product that they could sell me, only to waste an hour of my time, is unacceptable. Employees, Please educate yourself on your products and what you sell and don't sell. Please don't waste peoples precious time, as it is the most precious commodity. The end. Good job 👎🏻 Read Less

my experience at body piercing shop was excellent.ive had various piercings done before at other places and this is by far the most enjoyable.the lovely lady that did my work there surprised me by using numbing gels (which is wasnt used to at all,always just did the old clamp it and harpoon it method,lol),the clean the area even more thourghly than alot of places ive been, & she was quite personable.i will return for more work.thank youRead Less
