I made an appointment to get a relatively simple/quick tattoo a few weeks ago. I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment expecting the tattoo artist to be awaiting on my arrival. My artist was actually outside having a full-blown conversation, and smoking. After waiting 30 minutes I was told this individual was running behind, but would be with me shortly. Out of consideration I continued to wait. Until I waited an additional 30 minutes, which was completely unprofessional. There had to be over six people behind the counter having pointless conversations and taking shots. Not one of them apologized for my one hour and ten minute wait for a twenty minute tattoo. I went to Blvd tattoo for my first tattoo. It was a special one to me because it was a "in memory of" thing for me. The shop was clean and everyone was friendly. Patrick did the artwork for me.
